Wearable electronic device
A consumer product that is a portable and, in some cases, a wearable electronic device. The wearable electronic device may have functionalities including: keeping time; monitoring a user's physiological signals and providing health-related information based on those signals; communicating with other electronic devices or services; visually depicting data on a display; gather data form one or more sensors that may be used to initiate, control, or modify operations of the device; determine a location of a touch on a surface of the device and/or an amount of force exerted on the device, and use either or both as input.
Stem-crown of a water-resistant watch case, and watch case comprising same
The stem-crown of a water-resistant watch case includes a tubular stem inserted into a tubular opening of a middle part of the watch case, and a crown including a first portion connected in part to the stem and a second handling portion. The first portion includes an annular contact surface inclined at less than 90° with respect to a longitudinal central axis of the stem-crown starting from the first portion towards the outside of the second portion. In a rest position, the first portion is in contact against an annular receiving surface of the middle part of complementary shape to one end of the tubular opening towards the outside. The crown further includes a washer under a bearing part of the first portion and contacting the stem, being configured to bear in an annular slot of the middle part between the tubular opening and the annular receiving surface.

Water-resistant watch case
A water-resistant watch case of a diving watch, includes a back mounted on a lower side of a middle part, and a crystal mounted on an upper side of the middle part. The crystal includes an annular peripheral surface mounted by a first portion of an annular gasket made of amorphous metal on an inner annular surface that is complementary in shape, on the upper side of the middle part. A second portion of the gasket on the first portion of the gasket maintains the crystal against the middle part. The annular peripheral surface of the crystal is inclined towards the inside of the watch case at an angle less than 90° relative to a central axis perpendicular to the plane of the watch case to distribute stresses between the crystal and the middle part due to the water pressure.
Timepiece
A timepiece including: a dial; a windshield glass having a plurality of curved surfaces that differ from each other in curvature; and a hand disposed between the dial and the windshield glass, wherein the windshield glass includes: a first curved surface having a first curvature and including a center of the windshield glass; a second curved surface disposed adjacent to the first curved surface and having a second curvature larger than the first curvature; and a third curved surface disposed adjacent to the second curved surface and having a third curvature larger than the second curvature, a thickness of the first curved surface and a thickness of the second curved surface are equal, and in plan view, a distal end of the hand is disposed on a center C side of the windshield glass with respect to a boundary between the second curved surface and the third curved surface.

Conductive PVD stack-up design to improve reliability of deposited electrodes
An electronic device can include a housing component that can define an interior surface and an exterior surface of the device, a metallic film deposited on the interior surface and extending at least partially onto the exterior surface, and a ceramic film deposited on the exterior surface and at least partially over a portion of the metallic film on the exterior surface. The ceramic film can be in electrical communication with a portion of the metallic film deposited on the interior surface to form an electrical pathway from the exterior surface to the interior surface.
SEALING SYSTEM FOR TIMEPIECE CASE
A sealing system (10) for a case (100) of a timepiece (200), comprising: a first seal (11) intended to be inserted between a middle (2) on one side and a ring (3) and a glass (4) on the other side, a second seal (12) intended to be inserted between a middle (2) and a glass (4), the first and second seals being two distinct seals, in particular two independent seals or two separate seals, and/or the first and second seals being made of two distinct materials.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE THAT CAN BE WORN ON THE BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
An electronic device is provided which can be worn on the body or implanted into the body, such as in the form of a pulse watch and/or a smartwatch and/or an implant. The electronic device includes a photoplethysmographic measuring device. A transmitter diode and a receiver diode are arranged under a window made of glass or glass ceramics. The window is implemented as a compression glass seal and/or as a fiber-optic plate.
