WATCH
A watch comprises: a first drive mechanism including a hand having a rotational axis along a first direction, a wheel train, and a drive power source; and a second drive mechanism including a hand having a rotational axis along a second direction different from the first direction, a wheel train, and a drive power source, wherein the first drive mechanism and the second drive mechanism are mounted separately. Each of the first direction and the second direction is defined along a normal direction to dial at a position of a rotational axis of the hand.
TIMER KIT
A timer kit comprises a battery powered timer and a caddy assembly. The battery powered timer has a colored disk attached to a rotatable shaft. The initial position of the colored disk is manually set by an operator using a positioner accessible through a circular opening extending through a front wall of the caddy assembly. The battery powered timer is removable from the caddy assembly in a generally vertical direction behind the front wall of the caddy assembly. The caddy assembly has a receptable for holding the battery powered timer in a generally vertical orientation behind the front wall of the caddy assembly.
Wristwatch comprising a clasp connected to the case
A wristwatch, comprising: a watch case (2); a clasp (3), said clasp comprising a frame (4) that can clip over the top of the watch case (2) in a closed position, and that can be unfastened from the watch case (2) in an open position; a bracelet (12), said bracelet comprising a single strand, said strand having a first end (120) and a second end (121); said first end being connected to said watch case (2) and said second end being connected to the clasp (3); a locking member (5) connected to the watch case, the locking member being able to be pivoted between a position that allows it to be inserted into the opening (40) of the frame (4) when the clasp (3) is being closed or opened, and a locking position that allows the opening or closure of the clasp (3) to be blocked.
Apparatus to monitor chronologically the term of a pregnancy and to reconfigure itself to celebrate the date baby is due
A chronometer to monitor the passage of time prior to a projected date of birth of a baby and to recognize and celebrate the birth of the baby. The chronometer includes a generally hollow egg-shaped housing including a bottom, a top, a hinge mechanism, and a latching mechanism. The hinge mechanism rotatably connects the top to the bottom so the top can open and close. The latching mechanism releasably connects the top to the bottom. The chronometer also includes a replica of a young chicken housed in the chronometer, and includes a display to indicate the length of time until the projected birth date of the baby.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ABSORPTION/EXPANSION/CONTRACTION/MOVEMENT OF A LIQUID IN A TRANSPARENT CAVITY
A thermal compensation system is provided for a liquid-filled inflexible chamber of a device. The chamber has at least one exposed, at least partially transparent surface allowing an outside observer to observe at least one liquid and comprises a mechanism accommodating thermal expansion and/or contraction of the liquids. The mechanism is disposed so as to be substantially invisible to the observer.
METHOD FOR FABRICATION OF A METAL COMPONENT WITH AT LEAST ONE OPTICAL ILLUSION DESIGN
The invention relates to a method for fabrication of a one-piece, metal-based component of simple shape offering the illusion of faceting and/or chamfering for forming all or part of the exterior part of a timepiece.
WATCH WITH A DECORATIVE ELEMENT
A decorative element for watches, comprising: a framework comprising arms (12) delimiting a plurality of decorative areas (Zi) and forming support elements, and a plurality of decorative components (20) fixed to the arms of the skeleton, each decorative component occupying a decorative area.
Timer
The present application provides a timer, including a base, a driving shaft, and an indicator arm. The driving shaft is rotatably mounted on the base and selectably rotates relative to the base. The indicator arm includes a second support and a plurality of hour blocks. The second support is rotatably connected to the driving shaft. The hour blocks each include a second block body and a second gear. The second block body is rotatably connected to the second support. The second gear is fixedly connected to the second block body. Second protrusion is correspondingly arranged on a rotation path of the second gear around the driving shaft. The second gear has second tooth grooves. The second protrusion selectably extends into the second tooth grooves to drive the second gear to rotate relative to the second support so as to drive the hour blocks to rotate relative to the second support.
