Cigarette Tube
A cigarette tube including a cylindrical mouthpiece made of cardboard with a casing arranged thereon, which is made of cigarette paper and is longer than the mouthpiece, the mouthpiece end, which is closest to the smoking blend filling side, is somewhat compressed inwards and is configured to partially bridge the mouthpiece cavity, and, from the other end of the mouthpiece, a cardboard rod is inserted into the middle which is twisted twice lengthwise.
IMPROVED TUBULAR ELEMENTS FOR SMOKING ARTICLES
There is provided a tubular element for use in the manufacture of a filter of a smoking article, the tubular element comprising a first and a second layer wound of substantially continuous strips of a cellulose-fibre-based web material. The strips have predetermined thickness (T) and width (W). The web material is coated on a first surface with an activatable polymer and the first surface of the web material in the first layer faces the first surface of the web material in the second layer. An external diameter of the tubular element is substantially uniform over a given length.

Rolling apparatus to assemble a cigarette with enhanced efficiency
A rolling apparatus for use in rolling a cigarette that includes a rolled outer tubular member able to store a smoking material and a rolled filter member disposed within proximate an end of the tubular member. The rolling apparatus includes a cylindrical member, and a pair of elongated members coupled to a first end of the cylindrical member, the elongated members positioned substantially parallel to each other and separated by a distance to create a slot between the elongated members. The elongated members receive a filter sheet that is disposed through the slot and around the elongated members to permit a user to wrap the filter sheet around the elongated members to create the rolled filter member. The apparatus receives an outer sheet to permit the user to wrap the outer sheet around the cylindrical member and the rolled filter member to create the rolled outer tubular member.
Machine and method for making a continuous tubular element with filling having a spacer and/or filter function
A machine for making a continuous tubular element with filling from web material, including first and second means for feeding respective continuous webs, a forming station configured to perform a folding and/or deformation of a first continuous web in a shaped configuration, and a wrapping station wherein the second continuous web is wound in a tubular shape around the first continuous shaped web to obtain the continuous tubular element. Upstream of the wrapping station there is a first gluing device configured to apply at least one longitudinal line of glue on at least one of the continuous webs in such a way as to define at least one gluing zone, said longitudinal line of glue being positioned in such a way as to coincide with a zone of superposing and contact between the two continuous webs feeding out of the wrapping station.

Cigar tobacco strips and a method for packaging the same
A cigar tobacco strips and a method for rolling and packaging the same is provided. The cigar tobacco strip is rolled into cylindrical shape and placed within an enveloping means. The tobacco strip is wrapped into cylindrical form causing the cigar tobacco paper to form a plurality of layers, wherein said layer comprises a double strip section. The rolled tobacco strip is then placed inside an enveloping means. The encased tobacco strip within the enveloping means allows for the tobacco strip to keep a cylindrical shape until delivered and used by a consumer. The enveloping means may maintain the moisture for longer time due to the rolling method prior to delivery to a consumer.
