MACHINING CENTRE FOR TIMEPIECE COMPONENTS
A machining centre includes a base supporting several superposed stages. At least one stage is movable and can be position indexed relative to the base. Each stage includes distinct stations at a constant angular pitch including machining units or grippers. The combination of stations from adjacent stages defines a plurality of machining locations each combining a unit and a gripper. Each relative movement between two indexing positions of two stages changes the composition of the locations. Each gripper has at least one rotational degree of freedom relative to the stage that carries it. At least one station includes both at least one machining unit and at least one gripper.
TIMEPIECE DIAL WHOSE MATERIAL IS A LIGHT ALLOY
A method for manufacturing a one-piece timepiece dial assembly made of light alloy includes making, in a first assembled state, a dial including a flange whose material is a first light alloy, including opposite to the first side of a display area visible to a user, at least one foot for attachment to the dial. The flange includes at least one receiving area complementary to an end area of at least one foot which is a weldable foot that can be welded or brazed to the flange at the interface between the receiving area and the end area. The weldable foot is made of material that is the first light alloy or a second light alloy that can be welded or brazed to the first light alloy. The method further includes irreversibly assembling by welding or brazing at least one weldable foot to the flange.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A STRAP FOR A WEARABLE DEVICE
A method of manufacturing a wearable device comprising a printed circuit board (PCB) on which is mounted electronic components, the method includes providing a mould attaching the PCB to a cage, the cage comprising a cage body and at least one hole, inserting said PCB into the mould; arresting the PCB relative to the mould by inserting an insert tool into the mould and attaching the insert tool to said at least one hole, injecting a wet applied structural component into said mould and removing said mould.
EXTERNAL PART FOR HOROLOGY, JEWELLERY OR FASHION ACCESSORIES COMPRISING TITANIUM OXIDE LAYERS
A method for decorating an external part (10) for horology, jewellery or fashion accessories, including the steps of: forming a first interference (110) layer of titanium oxide over the entire decorative face (101) of a titanium substrate (100) by anodising the decorative face (101) at a voltage V1; machining a portion of the first interference layer (110) so as to form at least one opening (111) leading to a portion of the decorative face (101); and forming a second interference layer (120) of titanium oxide by anodising the portion at a voltage V2 lower than voltage V1.
Electronic device and method for assembling electronic device
An electronic device includes a cylindrical case, a display, an annular light-transmitting parting member, an annular solar cell and an annular elastic member. At least the upper end of the case is open. The display is disposed in the case and exposed to a side where the upper end is located. The parting member is annular along the inner circumferential surface of the case. The annular solar cell is disposed under the parting member. The elastic member fixes the outer edge of the annular solar cell.
