Apparatus, method, program and communication system for displaying information according to a residual voltage of a power supply of an information display apparatus

The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and method for displaying information, a program, and a communication system, which enable the provision of an apparatus making use of a display device excellent in flexibility. An information display apparatus includes a display unit including a time information presenting section for presenting at least time information and a band section to be worn on an arm, and a display control unit for changing a display of the display unit. The present disclosure can be applied to, for example, the information display apparatus.

SEQUENTIAL DISPLAYING METHOD

A sequential displaying method is provided. The method includes providing a display device which includes a first display area. The first display area has N first sub-areas that are arranged in sequence, wherein N is positive integer. Then, displayed images in the N first sub-areas are sequentially updated, wherein a time interval of updating the displayed images in two adjacent first sub-areas is 60/N seconds and a frequency for updating a displayed image in each of the first sub-areas is once every 60 seconds. Thus, a method for displaying time information could be improved.

Smart watches and associated systems and methods for lock-screen management thereof

Smart watches and associated systems and methods thereof for lock-screen management are disclosed. A smart watch includes a heart rate sensor, and a method for lock-screen management of the smart watch includes: reading, by the heart rate sensor, a heart rate; determining based on the heart rate whether the smart watch has been taken off by the user, and if yes, stopping the heart rate sensor from working and entering by the smart watch a password-lock-screen mode. Thus, using the method according to the present disclosure can improve the information security on the smart watch.
