A system for transforming a regular smartwatch into a luxury item, comprising, a smartwatch unit including at least the display unit of the smartwatch; and a box including a housing to accommodate said smartwatch, said box having a cover being openable and closeable to cover said display unit, wherein said cover has at least one hole so that a corresponding portion of said display unit is visible to a user when said cover is in closed position, wherein when said cover is in closed position, the smartwatch unit displays the output of the smartwatch in on said corresponding portion of the display.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SWITCHING AN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM INTO STANDBY MODE
A system, supplied by a power supply, is switched into standby mode by an electronic device that includes a charging input coupled to a charge voltage obtained from the voltage delivered by the power supply. A first input is coupled to the power supply and a power supply output is coupled to the system. A storage capacitive element is coupled to the charging input and configured to be charged by the charge voltage. A switching circuit, coupled between the first input and the power supply output, disconnects the power supply output from the first input when the voltage across the terminals of the storage capacitive element is higher than a threshold. A discharge circuit discharges the storage capacitive element so that the capacitor voltage becomes lower than the threshold. The switching circuit further re-connects the first input to the power supply output at the end of the discharge period.

Smart watch with flexible display panel
A smart watch includes a watch strap and a flexible display panel. The first end of the flexible display panel is attached to the watch strap, and the second end of the flexible display panel is a free end. The flexible display panel has a bent state and a flattened state. When the flexible display panel is in the bent state, the flexible display panel and the watch strap are bent together and the flexible display panel is located on and in contact with an outer surface of the watch strap. When the flexible display panel is in the flattened state, the second end of the flexible display panel is out of contact with the outer surface of the watch strap and the flexible display panel is flattened in the same plane.
