INTEGRATED CLOSURE DEVICE COMPONENTS AND METHODS
A lace tensioning device includes a housing component having an interior region, a first aperture, and a second aperture, and a spool component that is rotatably positionable within the interior region of the housing component. The spool component has a central cylindrical member and a lumen that extends through the central cylindrical portion. The spool component is rotatable within the interior region of the housing component to align one end of the lumen with the first aperture and to align an opposite end of the lumen with the second aperture to enable a lace to be inserted through the first aperture, the lumen, and the second aperture so that opposing ends of the lace are positioned exterior to the housing component. A knot may then be tied in the lace and the lace retracted to couple the lace with the housing component and spool component.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR APPLYING A CONSTRICTIVE FORCE TO A LIMB
A device for applying a constrictive force about a limb includes a reel based device, a tension member, and a force application component. The reel based device includes a housing, a spool positioned within the housing, a load holding mechanism that enables the spool to rotate in a tightening direction within the housing and that prevents the spool from rotating in a loosening direction within the housing, and a knob that is coupled with the spool so that a rotation of the knob causes the spool to rotate in the tightening direction. The tension member is coupled with the spool so that as the spool rotates in the tightening direction, the tension member is wound about the spool. The force application component is coupled with the tension member so that as the tension member is wound about the spool, the force application component constricts about the limb.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A SIDE-LOADING STRAP BUCKLE
A tensioning device includes a first slot located on a first end of the tensioning device, the first slot being closed on all four sides. The tensioning device further includes a second slot and a third slot, the third slot located on a second end of the tensioning device, the second end opposite the first end, the second slot located between the first and third slot, the second and the third slot being having an open side on one of four sides and closed on three of four sides. The tensioning device further includes a lever arm, the lever arm located on the second end of the tensioning device.
ROPE TAIL POSITIONING FASTENER
The present disclosure illustrates a rope tail positioning fastener including a fastener body. The fastener body includes a base and an elastic arm, and the base has an insertion channel inside, and the insertion channel is provided with two through holes at a side thereof and a hole at other side thereof, and a stop part is formed between the two through holes, and a side of the base adjacent to the hole is bent to form the elastic arm suspended relative to the base, so that two tail parts of the rope can be inserted into, through and out of the insertion channel via the through holes; next, the two tail parts of the rope can be sewn to form a seam part; and, after the seam part is completed, the user can pull the rope back to receive the two tail parts inside the insertion channel.
Safety harness connector assembly
A safety harness connector is provided, the safety harness connector includes a male buckle system and female buckle system. The male buckle system is configured and arranged to be coupled to at least one first webbing. The male buckle system further includes a male connection portion. The female buckle system is configured and arranged to be coupled to at least one second webbing. The female buckle system includes a female housing member having a receiving chamber to selectively receive the male connection portion of the male buckle system. The receiving chamber has a select receiving chamber depth. The female housing member further has a movement channel portion that is connected to the receiving channel. The movement channel portion has a movement channel depth that is greater than the receiving channel depth. At least a portion of the male connection portion of the male buckle system is positioned within the movement channel portion of the female housing member when the male buckle system is coupled to the female buckle system.

A knot may then be tied in the lace and the lace retracted to couple the lace with the housing component and spool component.
Lead strap and pulley tie down assembly
A first adjuster portion joined to a second adjuster portion whereby the first adjuster portion is oriented to receive one of multiple loops of strap and said second adjuster buckle is oriented to receive an opposing lead strap. The multiple loops of strap are routed so as to create mechanical advantage by pulling on the free end of the strap, commonly referred to as a block and tackle. The lead strap enables an operator to quickly and conveniently pre-tension both the block and tackle and lead straps by removing an un-tensioned length of the lead strap before having to apply increased leverage through the block and tackle strap. That is, the first adjuster arrangement may be operated only to tension a block and tackle strap that has been pre-tensioned with the second adjuster, thereby facilitating the use of the combined assembly.
Fastening system and method(s)
A fastening system for an object (e.g., a wearable such as footwear) is disclosed that includes a buckle assembly and a strap for adjusting tension. The buckle assembly includes a base and a slider engaged with the base. The strap includes an array of teeth to engage with a pawl formed on the base. The fastening system is configurable between an engaged condition and a released condition based on the positioning of the slider relative to the base.
WINDING DEVICE
Winding device includes fixing member, reel, knob, connecting member, limiting component, and fastener. Fixing member is provided with check portion; toggle portion is provided at end of reel away from housing; first clamping member and linkage portion cooperating with check portion are provided at side of knob facing fixing member. Connecting member is connected to reel and provided with second clamping member cooperating with first clamping member at outer periphery. Limiting component includes guide member and elastic member. Guide member is provided with cooperation portion mating with toggle portion at one end close to housing. Multiple guide grooves are circumferentially formed along inner wall of hole with the largest aperture of stepped hole. Guide clamping structure is formed between two adjacent guide grooves. Elastic member abuts between fixing member and knob. Guide member is movably passed through stepped hole. Clamping slider is provided along circumferential direction of guide member.
