Multi-input multi-zone thermal control for device testing
Disposing a DUT between a cold plate and an active thermal interposer device of the thermal management head. The DUT includes a plurality of modules and the active thermal interposer device includes a plurality of zones, each zone of the plurality of zones corresponding to a respective module of the plurality of modules and operable to be selectively heated. Receiving a respective set of inputs corresponding to each zone of the plurality of zones. Performing thermal management of the plurality of modules of the DUT by separately controlling temperature of each zone of the plurality zones by controlling a supply of coolant to a cold plate, and individually controlling heating of each zone of the plurality zones.

POCKETED AIR FILTERS AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING PERFORMANCE OF AN AIR FILTER IN HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEMS
There is provided an air filter for use in a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system, the air filter including: a front portion comprising a molded filtering material, the molded filtering material defining a plurality of pockets arranged over a front face of the front portion; and a rear portion joined to the front portion, the rear portion defining a plurality of holes therethrough. In another aspect, there is provided a method for determining performance of an air filter in a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system, the method including: receiving a first temperature reading from a primary sensor measuring the temperature of return air in the HVAC system; receiving a second temperature reading from a secondary sensor measuring the temperature of supply air in the HVAC system; determining a temperature differential between the first temperature and the second temperature; outputting an indication of poor performance of the air filter where the temperature difference is greater than a predetermined value.

Portable remote processing apparatus for property transactions
A portable remote processing apparatus facilitates various aspects of a transaction, such as a real estate property transaction. A seller of the real estate property can use the portable remote processing apparatus to prepare a walk-through of the property for prospective buyers, to configure the property for a showing, and/or to interact with a buyer device to negotiate a sale of the real estate property. Typically, the portable remote processing apparatus communicates with a remote server device, thereby limiting the amount of hard coding in the apparatus and improving the processing capability of the apparatus.

Dynamic and integrated control of total power system using distributed impedance injection modules and actuator devices within and at the edge of the power grid
A system architecture and method for enabling hierarchical intelligent control with appropriate-speed communication and coordination of control using intelligent distributed impedance/voltage injection modules, local intelligence centers, other actuator devices and miscellaneous FACTS coupled actuator devices is disclosed. Information transfer to a supervisory utility control is enabled for responding to integral power system disturbances, system modelling and optimization. By extending the control and communication capability to the edge of the HV power grid, control of the distribution network through FACTS based Demand response units is also enabled. Hence an integrated and hierarchical total power system control is established with distributed impedance/voltage injection modules, local intelligence centers, connected other actuator devices, miscellaneous FACTS coupled devices and utility supervisory all networked at appropriate speeds allowing optimization of the total power system from generation to distribution.

Food management system
Systems and methods for managing food processing and inventory. Food inventory held at food holding locations can be monitored. Food can be transferred among holding locations and served from holding locations. A prioritized food type list indicates food types to be processed and lists food types in order of determined priority. Food may be transferred to default destination holding locations. Food may be moved to and served from primary holding locations. Buttons associated with holding location displays can be actuated by different types of user engagement for executing various food management operations.
