A flowrate control device for a fluid, includes a cartridge body defining a path for the fluid and having an upstream portion for the entry of the fluid, and a downstream portion provided with an outlet opening for the fluid. A shutter element is arranged in the cartridge body for sliding movement between an upstream end of the cartridge body corresponding to a minimum throttling position for the fluid and a downstream end of the cartridge body corresponding to a maximum throttling position for the fluid. The shutter element is provided with a throttling wall arranged downstream for throttling the outlet opening in a controlled manner and an upstream wall cooperating with the upstream portion of the cartridge body for bounding an inlet section for the fluid. A counter spring element exerts a contrasting force on the shutter element suitable for displacing the shutter element towards the upstream end. A section-varying assembly increases or decreases the area of the inlet section according to the variation of the contrasting force due to the movement of the shutter element along the longitudinal axis. The section-varying assembly, in addition to taking account the variable force of the counter spring element in order to ensure a constant flowrate, also minimizes the operating minimum pressure difference and controls the relation between the flowrate and the operating minimum pressure difference.

A pressure relief valve includes a valve seat at the outlet, a valve body, and an air dashpot damper. In some embodiments, the valve body is configured to engage the valve seat and move along a central axis relative to the valve seat in response to a pressure at the outlet to regulate a flow of combustible gas through the outlet. In some embodiments, the air dashpot damper includes a tubular member having a closed distal end and an open proximal end, and a piston member received within the tubular member. In some embodiments, the tubular member or the piston member is attached to the valve body, and the piston moves relative to the tubular member along an axis of the tubular member in response to movement of the valve body relative to the valve seat. In some embodiments, the pressure relief valve includes a plurality of the air dashpot dampers.

FLAPPER CHECK VALVE BUMPER

A check valve includes a housing, a flap, a hinge, at least one post, and at least one tubular bumper. The hinge allows the flap to rotate relative to the housing between a fully open position and a closed position. The at least one post is disposed at or near the periphery of the housing supporting the hinge and extending axially relative to the housing from the housing. The at least one tubular bumper is movable with the flap and configured to contact the at least one post when the flap pivots to the fully open position.

A valve assembly for controlling fluid flow rate comprising a valve block, a valve, a sensor chip package, and a controller interface. The valve block having an upstream reservoir, a downstream reservoir, and a valve seat for communicating fluid from an upstream location to a downstream location. The valve having a moveable member. The sensor chip package having at least one sensor coupled with the valve. The controller interface is communicable coupled to a control unit, the valve, and the sensor chip package. The controller interface sends at least one parametric value provided by the sensor chip package to the control unit. The controller interface receives a control signal used to adjust valve stroke of the valve. The control signal of the valve is determined based on the at least one measured parametric value and at least one other parametric value provided by a fluid processing system.

Pressure independent control valve

A pressure independent control valve contains a valve body with an inlet, an outlet and a flow channel coupling the inlet to the outlet. A hollow piston is arranged in a seat in the valve body, such that the hollow piston is configured to move. The hollow piston has an enclosure, such that the pressure independent control valve maintains different fluid pressures in the flow channel and inside the hollow piston. The pressure independent control valve contains a chamber and a biasing member to urge the hollow piston towards the chamber. The chamber is in fluid communication with the inlet and with the inside of the hollow piston, such that the valve applies substantially the same pressure inside the annular channel, at the inlet and inside the hollow piston.

Variable load sense open center hybrid system

A load sense open center hydraulic system provides efficiency and operator feedback and includes one or more constant flow-open center valves (218); respective one or more parallel power cores (238) operatively coupled to the one or more constant flow-open center valves; a variable capacity pump (246) directly fluidly connected to the one or more parallel power cores; and a pressure compensated flow control fluidly connected between the variable capacity pump and the one or more constant flow-open center valves. The one or more constant flow-open center valves are not fluidly coupled to a fixed capacity pump.

Variable load sense open center hybrid system

A load sense open center hydraulic system provides efficiency and operator feedback and includes one or more constant flow-open center valves (218); respective one or more parallel power cores (238) operatively coupled to the one or more constant flow-open center valves; a variable capacity pump (246) directly fluidly connected to the one or more parallel power cores; and a pressure compensated flow control fluidly connected between the variable capacity pump and the one or more constant flow-open center valves. The one or more constant flow-open center valves are not fluidly coupled to a fixed capacity pump.
