Fluid property measurement devices, methods, and systems
A system for measuring electrical conductivity includes a fluid conduction measuring circuit and a temperature measuring element having at least one thermal contact portion with a temperature sensor and a temperature measuring circuit. A controller is configured to control the conduction measuring circuit and the temperature measuring element. A fluid circuit is configured to carry a fluid and has a wetted conductor inside a conductivity cell portion, the wetted conductor having a contact, external to the fluid circuit, for interfacing with the fluid conduction measuring circuit. Further, at least one temperature measurement portion has predefined thermal properties and is configured to touch the thermal contact portion. The controller controls the temperature measuring element and the conduction measuring circuit to generate and output at least one set of contemporaneous temperature and conduction measurements.

WATER CONTROL VALVE
A water control valve may comprise a valve shell, a sliding block, an operating valve piece, a fixing valve piece, a valve base and a check valve. The sliding block, the operating valve piece and the fixing valve piece are stacked sequentially and positioned inside the valve shell. The sliding block has a valve rod which is formed at an upper portion thereof and sticking out of the valve shell, and a bottom portion of the sliding block is engaged with the operating valve piece such that, through operating the valve rod, the sliding block is configured to drive and have movements with the operating valve piece concurrently to perform different aligning patterns between the operating valve piece and the fixing valve piece, thereby enabling the water control valve to control on/off operation of a faucet, the amount of water flow and the mixing ratio of hot/cold water.
PLUMBING FIXTURE WITH USER INTERFACE
A water delivery device that includes a body having a cold water inlet, a hot water inlet, and an outlet; a mixing valve in the body, and a touchscreen user interface on a surface of the body. The mixing valve includes a housing having a mixing chamber that is fluidly connected to the outlet, a first flow control valve moveably disposed in the housing to control a cold water flow from the cold water inlet to the mixing chamber, and a second flow control valve moveably disposed in the housing to control a hot water flow from the hot water inlet to the mixing chamber. The touchscreen user interface allows a user to control a temperature and/or a flow rate of water from the outlet by controlling the first and second flow control valves.

WATER MIXING DEVICE AND WATER PURIFIER INCLUDING THE SAME
A water mixing device includes: a cold-water module including a cold-water tank, a cooler cooling the water accommodated in the cold-water tank, and a cold-water temperature sensor; a hot-water module including a hot-water tank that accommodates water discharged from the cold-water tank, and a heater that heats the water accommodated in the hot-water tank; a flow channel connected to the cold-water tank and the hot-water tank; a valve unit including valve modules opened or closed to adjust a flow of water in the flow channel; and a controller configured to control the valve modules. The flow channel mixes water cooled by the cooler and water heated by the heater to provide discharge water. When the temperature of water detected by the cold-water temperature sensor is higher than a preset threshold temperature, the controller controls the valve modules to prevent water from flowing into the cold-water tank.

Mixing valve
A mixing valve having a housing and first and second flow control valves. The housing has a mixing chamber, a first outlet, and a second outlet. The first flow control valve controls fluid flow through the first outlet to the mixing chamber, and the second flow control valve controls fluid flow through the second outlet to the mixing chamber. The first and second outlets each have a size so that the mixing valve has a flow coefficient of approximately 2.5 in a mid-open position of both flow control valves, and the housing has a length dimension, a width dimension, and a thickness dimension, and the largest of these dimensions is no more than approximately 65 millimeters.
