Side release buckle
A side release buckle includes: a plug; and a socket, the plug including: a base; a pair of legs; and engaging portions, the socket including: a body; an insertion opening; a housing space; engaged portions; and a pair of guide surfaces. The guide surfaces, which are formed on an inner surface of the housing space and extend in an insertion direction of the legs while being opposed to each other, each include: a squeezing portion formed continuously with corresponding one of the engaged portions; and a guiding portion formed between the squeezing portion and the insertion opening. An interval between the guiding portions-near the engaged portions is wider than an interval between the squeezing portions near the engaged portions. An inclination angle of each guiding portion to an insertion direction of the plug is smaller than an inclination angle of each of the squeezing portion to the insertion direction.
Buckle for connector, and method for assembling same
A buckle for a connector having a small simple structure and a favorable productivity, and a method for assembling the same. A buckle for connector of the present invention for supporting a tongue engageably/disengageably includes a base member, a latch member, an unlocking member, a latch spring, an ejector, an ejector spring, and cover members housing these members. The base member includes first and second plates. The ejector includes: two arms; a body section between the arms that includes a pushing/moving surface for the tongue to be pushed/moved by the tongue, a support section to support the latch member, and a pushing surface to be pushed by the ejector spring; and claws formed at ends of the arms and locked with an aperture at a terminal end of the base member, the terminal end being opposite to a starting end from which the tongue is inserted.
BUCKLE PART AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME
A buckle part includes: an injection-molded portion; and at least one magnetic body, optionally including a magnet secured in the injection-molded portion. The injection-molded portion is shaped such that the magnetic body is partially exposed in at least a first surface region of the magnetic body.
BUCKLE ASSEMBLY
A buckle assembly including a first assembly and a second assembly is provided. The first assembly includes a first cover body, a pair of sliders, and a pair of first magnetic elements. The second assembly includes a second cover body and a pair of second magnetic elements. The first cover body includes an upper cover and a lower cover. The upper cover has a first fitting structure and a pair of first receiving grooves. The sliders are movably disposed in the first receiving grooves along a first direction. The first magnetic elements are embedded in the sliders, and the lower cover is assembled to the upper cover to limit the sliders and the first magnetic elements in the first receiving grooves. The second cover body has a second fitting structure and a pair of second receiving grooves.
