SEARCH DEVICE, OPERATION METHOD OF SEARCH DEVICE, OPERATION PROGRAM OF SEARCH DEVICE, AND FLOW REACTION EQUIPMENT
A prediction-data-set-generation-unit generates a prediction-data-set composed of a plurality of prediction-data where an explanatory-variable for an unknown-value of a response-variable and a prediction-value of the response-variable are associated with each other by using a known-data-set. A first-actual-measurement-value-acquisition-unit acquires an actual-measurement-value of the response-variable included in the prediction-data where the prediction-value is closest to a target-value. An improvement-rate-calculation-unit calculates an improvement-rate representing a difference between a known-value of the response-variable closest to the target-value and the actual-measurement-value. A known-data-set-update-unit adds the actual-measurement-value and a value of the explanatory-variable corresponding to the actual-measurement-value to the known-data-set in a case where the improvement-rate is equal to or higher than a target improvement-rate. A second-actual-measurement-value-acquisition-unit acquires an actual-measurement-value of the response-variable for a value of the explanatory-variable included in the prediction-data, which is not used for acquiring the actual-measurement-value by the first-actual-measurement-value-acquisition-unit, in a case where the improvement-rate is lower than the target improvement-rate.
METHOD TO MITIGATE FOULING IN A HYDROCARBON PLANT
Described herein are systems and methods of fouling mitigation in a hydrocarbon fractionation column. The methods correlate operating parameters of the fractionation column, specifically flow rate and temperature, with fouling. The methods can include measuring a temperature and a flow rate at a bottom stream of the hydrocarbon fractionation column; providing the measured temperature and flow rate to a processing device; determining, by the processing device, based on the measured temperature and flow rate of the bottom stream, an antifoulant treatment protocol for the hydrocarbon fractionation column; and treating the hydrocarbon fractionation column by controlling, by the processing device, a feed control unit in accordance with the determined antifoulant treatment protocol.

System and method for selecting paint compositions based on expected paint application conditions
Expert system and method for computing an adjustment procedure for obtaining an adjusted exterior waterborne paint composition for an exterior surface to be painted at a paint application site on a specific date. A starting exterior waterborne paint composition comprises base chemical compounds. When one or more computed target values of target chemical compounds for the adjusted exterior waterborne paint composition are determined different from the plurality of base values, the adjustment procedure is computed for transforming the starting exterior waterborne paint composition into the adjusted exterior paint composition and instructions comprising the adjustment procedure are sent to a remote device.

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS
Techniques for monitoring a pharmaceutical manufacturing process and making determinations regarding the release of radiopharmaceuticals to health care providers. A data processing system collects data across multiple batches of radiopharmaceuticals, across multiple entities, and/or across multiple stages of the manufacturing process, processes the data, and provides feedback to entities involved in the manufacturing process. In scenarios where quality assurance tests are conducted, data is collected from radiopharmaceutical products before they are shipped, and the data is analyzed to provide the recipients with an indication of whether the radiopharmaceutical products satisfy quality assurance standards. Techniques for analyzing information about a batch manufacturing process and, when a problem occurred during a manufacture of a batch, determining whether to continue to manufacture a next batch in time for delivering and administering to a patient. The detected problem may be investigated and remedied before or during the synthesis of the next batch.

OZONE GENERATING APPARATUS
The control device includes a storage configured to store two or more functions indicating a relationship between the power source output and the ozone concentration corresponding to the power source output in accordance with different gas flow rates in the ozone generator. The control device obtains a first power source output corresponding to the set ozone concentration and a second power source output corresponding to the detected ozone concentration based on the set ozone concentration of the ozone generator, an index indicating the gas flow rate of the ozone generator, the detected ozone concentration, and the two or more functions, and executing feedback control of controlling the power source output based on a difference between the first power source output and the second power source output.
Managing foam in gas processing systems
A method of managing foam in a gas processing system includes flowing a gas processing solution through a processing line and flowing an antifoaming agent through a treatment line into a mixed fluid line to form a fluid mixture, determining a foam level of the fluid mixture at a foam controller disposed along the mixed fluid line, automatically controlling a valve disposed along the treatment line to control a flow rate at which the antifoaming agent is flowed into the mixed fluid line to achieve a target dose of the antifoaming agent to be mixed with the gas processing solution in the mixed fluid line based on the foam level determined at the foam controller, and flowing the fluid mixture containing the target dose of the antifoaming agent into a system component to prevent an amount of the foam in the gas processing system from exceeding a threshold amount.
