Buckle Structure for Seat Belt of Vehicle
A buckle structure for a seat belt of a vehicle contains: a body, a rotation member, a locking device, and multiple buckles. The body includes a fixing mount and a cover, the fixing mount includes multiple grooves, each of which is defined between any two adjacent of multiple protrusions. The rotation member is mounted on the cover, and the locking device is defined between the fixing mount and the cover. The locking device includes a central shaft and an actuation sheet, and the central shaft has two opposite semicircular columns. The actuation sheet has an aperture, a hollow pillar, and multiple openings, wherein the hollow pillar has two opposite semicircular cutouts, an arcuately concave channel, two release tabs, and two symmetrical sliding channels. A first end of each buckle is connected with the seat belt, and a second end of each buckle has a connection head with a hole.
Latch Device
A latch device comprises a housing unit, a disk unit, an electromagnetic lock unit, a pressing lock unit, and a detecting unit. The housing unit includes a housing, which has a pressing hole and an insertion slot. The disk unit includes a supporting rod positioned through the housing, and two vertical disks pivotally arranged to the supporting rod. The outer perimeter of the two disks is placed with a hook, a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion. The electromagnetic lock unit includes two electromagnetic mechanisms, two retractable bars connected to the two electromagnetic mechanisms, and two electromagnetic latches respectively connected to the two retractable bars. The pressing lock unit includes a pushbutton, and a button latch connected to the pushbutton. The detecting unit includes two detectors, which are disposed inside the housing for detecting the position of the two electromagnetic latches.
SAFETY BELT FOR RACING VEHICLES
A strap of the safety belt has a fixed tongue which is attached to the buckle and forms a plurality of through holes adapted to receive a respective plurality of releasable retaining pins which attach other tongues of the belt to the buckle. The forces that the fixed strap of the belt transmits to the buckle are distributed and discharged directly through all retaining pins.
TACTICAL-GEAR-ACCOMMODATING SEATBELT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A tactical-gear-accommodating seatbelt system and method adapted to provide enhanced safety and easier, more reliable means of engaging and disengaging the seatbelt for persons wearing tactical gear on the waist and chest, by providing an extender unit having an extender strap coupled with and extending from the standard seat-level receptacle or anchored in lieu of the standard seat-level receptacle, and a sure-release receptacle attached to the free end of the extender strap such that the double receptacle sits generally in front of the lower torso in use, and having receptacle fittings to accommodate separate lap and shoulder straps anchored at lower and upper anchor points, respectively, with free ends terminated in buckle tabs, thereby allowing easier and safer engagement and disengagement of the seatbelt system for a person wearing tactical gear.
Safety belt buckle for race car
A safety belt buckle includes a base unit, a driving unit mounted on the base unit, and a torque device mounted on the driving unit. The base unit is provided with a plurality of insertion slots, a rotation shaft, and a positioning portion. The driving unit includes a circular cap and a driving handle. The torque device includes a ring, two balls, two compression springs and a fixed plate. In practice, when the driving handle is driven by a user, the circular cap is rotated to operate the two compression springs which press the two balls to increase a resistance to the circular cap, and to obstruct rotation of the driving unit, thereby preventing the driving unit from being driven freely by an external force.
Safety Belt Buckle with Reinforced Structure
A safety belt buckle includes a base unit, an annular block mounted on the base unit, a cover covering the base unit, a locking device mounted in the cover, and a rotary driving unit mounted on the cover. Thus, the annular block made of metallic material is combined with the base unit to reinforce the whole strength of the base unit.
Safety belt buckle for race car
A safety belt buckle includes a base unit, a cover covering and combined with the base unit, a locking device mounted in the cover, a torsion spring mounted on the cover, and a driving unit mounted on the cover. When in use, a latch plate of a safety belt is inserted into one of the insertion slots of the base unit. Thus, the user has to apply a determined force to overcome the elastic force of the torsion spring and to drive the driving unit so as to release the latch plate of the safety belt, thereby preventing the driving unit from being driven freely by an external force due to an unintentional touch or hit, and thereby preventing the latch plate of the safety belt from being unlatched easily.
Quick-release swivel latches
A quick-release swivel latch may include male and female components configured to selectively connect to, swivel relative to, and detach from one another. The male component may include an arc slot and a central indent, while the female component may include outer surfaces that collectively form a chamber for receiving an insertable portion of the male component. The top surface of the female component may include a cantilever wall having a front lip and a central protrusion corresponding in shape, size, and/or arrangement to and configured to engage the arc slot and ball indent slot on the male component. These corresponding features, once engaged, may enable the male and female components to swivel in one or more dimensions relative to one another once connected, and a user to pull up on the cantilever wall to quickly disengage the male and female components.
MULTI-POINT BUCKLE
A multi-point buckle has a buckle, at least two latches and a plurality of dust jackets. The dust jacket is employed between the latch and the tongue slot of the buckle to achieve a close fit and seal effects, which not only increases the structural engagement stability between the tongue slot and the tongue but also prevent sand, dust and dirt from falling into the tongue slot not causing the latch from shaking loose and the friction and interference of foreign objects in the buckle.
