Apparatus for assisted buckle release
An apparatus for assisted buckle release having an engagement portion connected to a lever arm at a midportion and a protuberance projected from a basal side of the lever arm. The midportion accommodates rotation of the lever arm within a coronal plane relative thereto as well as manual compression toward the engagement portion to move the protuberance a minimum distance sufficient to depress a release button of a buckle of a vehicular restraint with which the apparatus is engaged and actuate release of the restraints from the button.
Buckle with spring closure
A buckle has a main buckle body having a first side wall, a second side wall, and at least one first slot for receiving a strap, and a top bar connected to the main buckle body at the first side wall and forming a second slot with the main buckle body for receiving a second strap. The second slot is open at a distal end thereof. The top bar has a guide track extending longitudinally therethrough, with the guide track opening into the second slot. A catch is formed on the second side wall adjacent the distal end of the second slot. A spring gate is disposed in the guide track. The spring gate is placed around the catch to close the distal end of the second slot. The spring gate is releasable from the catch by pressing on the top bar until the spring gate clears the catch.
Rotating buckle and fixing device
A rotating buckle includes a first fixing member, a second fixing member, and a hook body. The first fixing member includes protruding posts. The second fixing member defines limiting slots and comprises a fixing portion. The fixing portion fixes the second fixing member to the first fixing member through a first resilient member. The hook body is received between the first fixing member and the second fixing member. The hook body defines a mounting hole, an inclined slot, and a receiving slot. The protruding posts are inserted through the mounting hole, the inclined slot, and the limiting slots. The fixing portion is inserted through the receiving slot. The hook body is fixed to the first fixing member through a second resilient member.
Male buckling component for magnetic buckling assembly
A male buckling component for a magnetic buckling assembly. The male buckling component comprises a male locking portion having a column structure. The male locking portion comprises an abutting structure at an end of the column structure, and a male engaging structure adjacent to the abutting structure and formed around a circumference of the column structure. An installation chamber is formed inside the male locking portion, and a male magnetic component is installed into the installation chamber so that the male magnetic component is inside the male locking portion of the male buckling component.
Locking device
Locking device having first and second combined connection carriers for establishing a detachable connection. A rotation element is rotatably attached at the first connection carrier and is provided in an inner region thereof. The inner region is centered with respect to a center axis and has a full radius. Elastic blocking heads are attached at the first connection carrier at the inner region, and are movable from a blocking to a release position. The rotation element includes segments extending up to the full radius and segments extending at a maximum up to a smaller inner radius. The segments extending up to the full radius move blocking heads into the release position and the segments extending up to the inner radius leave blocking heads in the blocking position. Key tongues move bordering ones of the blocking heads into the release position and allow rotation of the rotation element.
Airbag actuator mounted in a custom buckle for personal impact protection systems
A protective device includes an airbag assembly configured to extend at least partially around a waist or hips of an individual; a buckle attached to the airbag assembly, the buckle comprising a first buckle half, and a second buckle half, the first and second buckle halves being attachable to and detachable from one another; and an airbag actuator configured to actuate the airbag assembly. At least a portion of the airbag actuator is disposed in the first buckle half or the second buckle half.
EJECTOR ELEMENT FOR A BELT BUCKLE SENSOR WITH A TRIGGER, AND A BELT BUCKLE WITH SUCH AN EJECTOR ELEMENT
An ejector element with a trigger for a belt buckle sensor includes a plate-shaped ejector body and a trigger blade of a magnetic and/or metallic material for producing a change in a magnetic field of a Hall sensor or an inductive sensor. The ejector element is distinguished by the fact that the trigger blade is connected in one piece to the ejector body, wherein the one-piece connection between the trigger blade and the ejector body is produced by an injection-molding process.
FEMALE BUCKLING COMPONENT FOR MAGNETIC BUCKLING ASSEMBLY
A female buckling component for a magnetic buckling assembly. A female locking portion comprises at least one resilient arm and at least one engaging head integrally formed with the at least one resilient arm. The at least one resilient arm drives the at least one engaging head to move when the at least one resilient arm is resiliently deformed. The female buckling component also comprises an installation chamber inside a middle portion of the female buckling component, a female magnetic component installed in the installation chamber, and at least one operating component movably disposed on the female buckling component and coupled to the at least one resilient arm of the female locking portion to resiliently deform the at least one resilient arm and thereby move the at least one engaging head.
MAGNETIC BUCKLE
A magnetic buckle comprises first and second buckle members. The first buckle member comprises a first end and a second end adapted to engage a strap, a mounting surface, a latching aperture defined in the mounting surface, and a first magnet. A release direction extends along a longitudinal axis of the first buckle member from the first end to the second end. The second buckle member comprises a joining surface adapted to be joined with the mounting surface, a latch hook adapted to engage the latching aperture extending from the joining surface, and a second magnet. The magnets pull the latch hook into engagement with the latching aperture when the joining surface is placed in proximity to the mounting surface. Engagement of the latching aperture by the latch hook prevents the second buckle member from being pulled apart from the first buckle member in a direction orthogonal to the mounting surface or against the release direction.
