LOCKING DEVICE
Locking device having first and second combined connection carriers for establishing a detachable connection. A rotation element is rotatably attached at the first connection carrier and is provided in an inner region thereof. The inner region is centered with respect to a center axis and has a full radius. Elastic blocking heads are attached at the first connection carrier at the inner region, and are movable from a blocking to a release position. The rotation element includes segments extending up to the full radius and segments extending at a maximum up to a smaller inner radius. The segments extending up to the full radius move blocking heads into the release position and the segments extending up to the inner radius leave blocking heads in the blocking position. Key tongues move bordering ones of the blocking heads into the release position and allow rotation of the rotation element.
SEATBELT BUCKLE ASSEMBLY
A method of forming a seatbelt buckle assembly comprises forming a housing by injection molding with a first mold cavity, allowing the injection molded housing to cool and cure, placing the housing into a second mold cavity, forming a debris shield by over-molding the debris shield directly onto portions of an outer surface of the housing within the second mold cavity, allowing the over-molded debris shield to cool and cure, and removing the housing with the over-molded debris shield from the second mold cavity.
Automatic magnetic buckle and its use method
The present invention discloses an automatic magnetic buckle, which comprises a matching clamping head and a buckle base. The said clamping head comprises a clamping head housing, and the said clamping head housing has a cavity extending through the upper and lower ends of the clamping head housing. The said cavity is set with a buckle subassembly, the said buckle base is set with a clamping head matching with the said buckle subassembly, and the said clamping head and the buckle base are set with magnetic subassemblies which are mutually attracted. Clamping head and buckle base are attracted together through the matching of the magnetic subassembly. The buckle subassembly is matched with the clamping head to securely connect the clamping head and the buckle base. The present invention also discloses a method of using the automatic magnetic buckle.
Housing for a belt buckle
A housing for a belt buckle includes two housing halves, which consist of plastic material and are connected to one another, and have a plurality of connecting pins, which likewise consist of plastic material and, for the purpose of connecting the housing halves, each have a first end arranged on a first of the housing halves and have a second end inserted in each case into a mount provided on the second of the housing halves. The housing halves are each covered on the outside by a soft body, wherein the soft bodies each consist of a softer plastic material than the housing halves and the connecting pins.

In a webbing take-up device, when a rotating member is rotated in a take-up direction in a state in which first engagement teeth and second engagement teeth of a rotating member are digging or biting into a moving member, the moving member is pressed by the first engagement teeth and the second engagement teeth of the rotating member. The moving member thus expands into a first deformation-permitting portion and a second deformation-permitting portion in a cover plate, and expanded portions of the moving member oppose a first restriction portion configured by an axial center direction leading end face of a cylinder, and a second restriction portion of the cover plate.

A tactical-gear-accommodating seatbelt system and method adapted to provide enhanced safety and easier, more reliable means of engaging and disengaging the seatbelt for persons wearing tactical gear on the waist and chest, by providing an extender unit having an extender strap coupled with and extending from the standard seat-level receptacle or anchored in lieu of the standard seat-level receptacle, and a continuous two-way quarter-turn sure-release receptacle attached to the free end of the extender strap such that the double receptacle sits generally in front of the lower torso in use, and having receptacle fittings to accommodate separate lap and shoulder straps anchored at lower and upper anchor points, respectively, with free ends terminated in buckle tabs, thereby allowing easier and safer engagement and disengagement of the seatbelt system for a person wearing tactical gear.

The present invention discloses an automatic magnetic buckle, which comprises a matching clamping head and a buckle base. The said clamping head comprises a clamping head housing, and the said clamping head housing has a cavity extending through the upper and lower ends of the clamping head housing. The said cavity is set with a buckle subassembly, the said buckle base is set with a clamping head matching with the said buckle subassembly, and the said clamping head and the buckle base are set with magnetic subassemblies which are mutually attracted. Clamping head and buckle base are attracted together through the matching of the magnetic subassembly. The buckle subassembly is matched with the clamping head to securely connect the clamping head and the buckle base. The present invention also discloses a method of using the automatic magnetic buckle.

A female locking portion comprises at least one resilient arm and at least one engaging head integrally formed with the at least one resilient arm. The at least one resilient arm drives the at least one engaging head to move when the at least one resilient arm is resiliently deformed. The female buckling component also comprises an installation chamber inside a middle portion of the female buckling component, a female magnetic component installed in the installation chamber, and at least one operating component movably disposed on the female buckling component and coupled to the at least one resilient arm of the female locking portion to resiliently deform the at least one resilient arm and thereby move the at least one engaging head.
