A counter release buckle is provided herein. More particularly, a counter release buckle disengages in a direction opposite the direction that the buckle member is tensioned in. The counter release buckle releases each of the buckle members in the opposite direction of tension that is or would be placed on the buckle member. The buckle also engages the opposing buckle portions by moving them in the direction that the tension is or would be pulling on the respective buckle member.

Buckle

Provided is a buckle including a plug member and a socket member, wherein the plug member includes lock arms and a guide rod located at a middle position between the lock arms, and the socket member includes a holder formed in a chamber so as to catch the lock arm. The guide rod is provided on the front end thereof with a holding member, and the socket member is centrally provided with a guide groove for the coupling of the guide rod and is also provided with a holding protrusion for the coupling of the holding member. As such, in addition to the coupling between the lock arm and the holder, another coupling structure is provided so as to prevent the buckle from being easily unfastened by unintentional external contact or pressure while ensuring convenient separation of the buckle with one hand as needed.

A magnetic buckling assembly includes a male buckling component, a female buckling component, a first locking portion, a second locking portion, an operating component, a first magnetic component, a second magnetic component and a clearance structure. The first magnetic component magnetically attracts the second magnetic component for preventing separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component or magnetically repulses the second magnetic component for promoting the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component when the operating component is operated to disengage the first locking portion from the second locking portion for allowing the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component. The clearance structure allows the second locking portion to slide an offsetting position for preventing the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component after engagement of the first locking portion and the second locking portion.

A buckle for releasable load coupling of two elements, the buckle includes a first and a second buckle component. Each of the buckle components may have a connection area via which one of the elements is connectable to the buckle component, and a coupling area wherein the buckle components can be coupled to one another in a form-fit manner. The buckle components may be releasably locked to one another at the coupled position by a locking element. Each of the coupling areas of the buckle components may be defined by a hook profile extending in the width direction. The hook profiles of the buckle components may be configured as complementary elements and interengage at the coupled position of the buckle components. One embodiment includes using the buckle to couple two elements on an object that can be worn on the human body, and in some cases, a ballistic vest.

STRAP ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR ORTHOPEDIC DEVICE

A strap attachment system includes a frame member having an opening, a strap, and a tab having a body and an attachment element defined by the body. The tab connects to the strap. A fastener element connects to the tab and is detachably and slidably mountable to the frame member by the opening.
