Locking connector assembly
A locking connector assembly is configured to securely connect a first component to a second component. The locking connector assembly may include a female connector having first and second female ends and a longitudinal passage defined therebetween, and a male connector having first and second male ends. Either of the first or second male ends may be configured to mate with the female connector at either the first or second female ends in order to securely connect the male connector to the female connector.
WEB-CONNECTING ASSEMBLY HAVING A RELEASE BUTTON
A web-connecting assembly may include a connecting member and a securing member. The connecting member may include a connecting stud and a first web channel. The first web channel is configured to retain a first web. The securing member may include a housing defining a retaining chamber, a button pivotally secured to the housing, and a second web channel. The second web channel is configured to retain a second web. The button is configured to be moved between an open position in which a portion of the connecting stud is able to move into and out of the retaining chamber, and a closed position in which the button securely traps the portion of the connecting stud within the retaining chamber. The connecting member is securely connected to the securing member when the button securely traps the portion of the connecting stud within the retaining chamber.
Attachment system for an electronic device
An attachment system of a wearable electronic device includes a removable module. The removable module includes a locking mechanism comprising a first portion having a substantially planar top surface and second portion that comprises a substantially non-planar bottom surface. The first portion and the second portion are coupled together. The locking mechanism also includes a first spring mechanism coupled between the first portion and the second portion. The first spring mechanism causes the first portion to be biased away from the second portion. The locking mechanism also includes a second spring mechanism. The second spring mechanism causes the substantially planar top surface of the first portion to be biased substantially flush with respect to the removable module and also causes the substantially non-planar bottom surface of the second portion to be biased proud with respect to the removable module.
CONSUMER PRODUCT ATTACHMENT SYSTEMS HAVING LOCKING OR EXPANSION CHARACTERISTICS
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a locking assembly for an attachment system of a consumer product. More specifically, embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to an attachment unit that is configured to be inserted and removed from a housing of a consumer product. The attachment unit and/or the housing include an expansion component or other such locking assembly configured to releasably secure the attachment unit within the housing.
Buckle
A buckle includes a male coupler including a bar portion with an external surface, a first flange protruding from the external surface, the first flange being adapted for connection of a strap thereto; a female coupler with a hollow body having an opening therein, the opening including an end part at a first axial end of the hollow body and a slot part extending generally axially from the end part of the opening, the slot part having opposing lips extending along the slot, the hollow body having an internal surface complementary to the external surface of the bar portion; a detent for releasably holding the bar portion in the hollow body; and wherein the lips extend reentrantly and each lip is adjacent a respective inwardly-extending face in the bar portion.
Clasp
A clasp for a watch strap or belt is described, which includes one plug part and one socket part able to be joined together by inserting the plug part into the socket part with latches provided on the plug part corresponding to catches provided on the socket part so that it provides a secure connection, the plug and socket parts being able to be disconnected from each other by applying pressure to releasing protrusions provided on the plug part and the socket part that yield force necessary to overcome friction created by the latches provided on the plug part thus disconnecting the plug part from the socket part. Springs are used to bias the latches into a latched position, which bias may be overcome by applying pressure to the releasing protrusions.
NECKWEAR FOR DISPLAYING COINS, MEDALS OR BARS
A neckwear includes a neckband and a neckband module and may further include one or more fastener members and one or more display segments for coins, medals or bars. The neckband is connected to said neckband module, and said one or more fastener members pivotably connects said neckband module and said one or more display segments. Also provided for a neckwear are a hermetically sealed neckband module or display segment, a display segment configured to be intra-changeable, display inserts for a neckband module or display segments, torso segments, and a neckband module with a member of a fastener to accommodate interchangeable display segments.
NECKWEAR FOR DISPLAYING COINS, MEDALS OR BARS WITH DISPLAY INSERTS
A neckwear includes a neckband and a neckband module and may further include one or more fastener members and one or more display segments for coins, medals or bars. The neckband is connected to said neckband module, and said one or more fastener members pivotably connects said neckband module and said one or more display segments. Also provided for a neckwear are a hermetically sealed neckband module or display segment, a display segment configured to be intra-changeable, display inserts for a neckband module or display segments, torso segments, and a neckband module with a member of a fastener to accommodate interchangeable display segments.
