TRACK-TYPE MACHINE PROPULSION SYSTEM HAVING INDEPENDENT TRACK CONTROLS INTEGRATED TO JOYSTICKS
A track-type machine includes first and second ground-engaging track assemblies, each having a drive motor, and a propulsion system including an operator station with first and second joysticks, and a travel control system including input devices resident on the first and second joysticks. The input devices are adjustable to vary at least one of a speed or a direction of the drive motors in the track assemblies. Adjustment of the drive motor speed can be in proportion to an adjustment of the corresponding input device.
OPERATION APPARATUS
An operation apparatus mountable to one hand of a user includes: a first operation section that is located on a front surface side and that can be operated by the thumb of the one hand; a second operation section that is located on a back surface side and that can be operated by a finger other than the thumb; and a first contact surface with which the palm of the one hand makes contact. At least one of the first contact surface and an extension plane of the first contact surface is inclined relative to a virtual plane in such a direction as to be spaced more therefrom in going in a first direction, the virtual plane being defined by the first direction from the front surface side toward the back surface side and a second direction being orthogonal to the first direction and directed from a bottom surface side toward a top surface side.
OPERATION DEVICE OF WORK VEHICLE
An operation device includes a hold portion having a base end and a leading end, and an operation portion attached to the leading end of the hold portion. The operation portion includes a finger rest extending substantially along a direction in which the hold portion extends from the base end to the leading end, and first to third operation switches disposed with the finger rest interposed therebetween.

Integrated grab bar and navigation controller
A navigation controller for a watercraft includes a grip member and control head that act as an integrated grab bar to be grabbed by a hand of a user and transfer an applied force to a mount. The grip member is engagable by fingers on the hand of the user for providing a grab bar to the user to resist movement of the body of the user caused by the applied force. A control plate supports control switches and is configured and dimensioned relative to the grip member to enable a thumb of the user to engage with one or more of the control switches while the fingers remain engaged with the grip member so that the resistance of the applied force to keep the user steady does not cause a unintended activation of one or more of the control switches.

Powered wheelchair joystick handles
One embodiment is a handle supporting a users hand having a large surface for the palm, a trough for the thumb, a protrusion between the thumb and first finger and flared edges to keep the hand from sliding. A support surface is coupled to the stem of a wheelchair joystick gimbal and is biased in forward driving. A second embodiment is a wheelchair joystick movable between forward and reverse positions while maintaining the same orientation relative to the user. A supporting surface is pivotally mounted to a gimbal stem fixed to the wheelchair. The handle pivots to remain in a neutral position with movement of the joystick. A bi-directional spring biases the handle toward a neutral position. A third embodiment comprises a pivot coupled to a gimbal stem and a cup coupled to the user. The assembly is completed by placing the cup over the pivot allowing for movement therebetween.
