Automatic magnetic buckle and its use method
The present invention discloses an automatic magnetic buckle, which comprises a matching clamping head and a buckle base. The said clamping head comprises a clamping head housing, and the said clamping head housing has a cavity extending through the upper and lower ends of the clamping head housing. The said cavity is set with a buckle subassembly, the said buckle base is set with a clamping head matching with the said buckle subassembly, and the said clamping head and the buckle base are set with magnetic subassemblies which are mutually attracted. Clamping head and buckle base are attracted together through the matching of the magnetic subassembly. The buckle subassembly is matched with the clamping head to securely connect the clamping head and the buckle base. The present invention also discloses a method of using the automatic magnetic buckle.
Tool Belt
A tool belt (1) comprises a belt strap (2) and a belt buckle (3), wherein the belt buckle (3) comprises a male (5) and a female part (7). The male part (5) comprises a latch plate (27) and the female part (7) comprises a female interface (9) for receiving the latch plate (27). The latch plate (27) is attached to a first end (2a) of the belt strap (2) and the female part (7) is attached to a second end (2b) of the belt strap (2), and the female part (7) comprises a locking mechanism (15) adapted for connection and disconnection of the latch plate (27) to or from the female interface (9), and a length adjustment mechanism (17) adapted for adjustment of the length of the belt strap (2).
SYSTEM HAVING LOCKING MECHANISM WITH MULTIPLE STAGE LOCKING VERIFICATION
A system and method for a locking mechanism that includes an ability to indicate that a fall event has occurred as well as indicate proper engagement via a signal cable coupled through a harness. The locking mechanism includes a mechanical indicator that is disposed within the locking mechanism (as opposed to far away from the locking mechanism at a remote cable attachment point) that can visually indicate that a fall event has occurred. Further, the locking mechanism includes electronic components including three magnetic actuators and corresponding electronic switches that signal change of state. Locking tabs and a leading edge of the insert respectively include the three magnetic actuators. The electronic switches, which may be magnetically activated reed switches, signal status change to an external controller and, optionally, an external computer.
Wearable Electronic Device Assembly
A wearable electronic device assembly has a strap attached to the device for attaching the device to a wearer, and a connector for securing two overlapping end regions of the strap together. The connector has first and second parts configured to be secured together with the two overlapping end regions of the strap extending between them, to secure the two end regions together. The first part has a projection arranged to extend through or adjacent to the strap. The second part has a main body having an aperture to receive the projection of the first part, and a securement part movable with respect to the main body between a released position and a securement position. The projection is retained in the aperture to secure the first part of the connector to the second part of the connector.
Attachment system with a connected article
A attachment system is formed by a primary device and a secondary device connected to the primary device in a pivoting manner. The primary device has a main body, two lateral sides and a bar for attaching the primary device to another object. Each of the lateral sides has a protrusion extending laterally outward from the lateral sides. The secondary device has two lateral sides, each equipped with an aperture that corresponds to one of the protrusions on the primary device, so that fitting the protrusions into the apertures pivotally connects the primary device to the secondary device, with the lateral sides of the secondary device being disposed outside of the lateral sides of the primary device. The secondary device can be pivoted between a folded position where the secondary device lies against the primary device, and an open position where the secondary device is raised up.
WEARABLE ARTICLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A WEARABLE ARTICLE
In an example, a wearable article includes a nonwoven textile sheet having a first portion and a second portion contiguous with the first portion. The first portion has a first density and a first modulus of elasticity. The second portion has a second density less than the first density and has a second modulus of elasticity less than the first modulus of elasticity. The first portion is shaped differently than the second portion as an integral implement of the wearable article. A method of manufacturing a wearable article may comprise thermoforming the first portion while the second portion contiguous with the thermoformed first portion is not thermoformed.
Buckle belt assembly
A buckle belt assembly includes a main body and a buckle belt. The buckle belt includes a first body and a second body sleeved on the first body. The second body includes a supporting portion, a second movable portion, and a band extending from a bottom of the supporting portion. One end of the second movable portion is connected to the supporting portion, and the other end of the second movable portion is movable relative to the supporting portion. The second movable portion includes a pair of side walls and a pair of fixing walls. The band is configured to hang hanging objects, the band is configured with a fixing hole, and the side walls are pressed to abut the fixing wall to the fixing hole or to detach the fixing wall from the fixing hole, thereby opening or closing the band.
SIDE-RELEASE BUCKLE
According to one of various aspects of the present invention, a side-release buckle includes a plug and a socket for inserting and engaging the plug, and when a cross section of the engaging surface is observed from an in-plane direction of the first mold mating surface defined by a first parting line of the plug, and from an direction perpendicular to an insertion direction, a surface to be engaged is located on the opposite side to a first belt winding portion with respect to the first mold mating surface, and has a first engaging surface forming an angle A.sub.1 with the first mold mating surface of 87 or more and 90 or less.
PLUG FOR BUCKLE, AND BUCKLE
The present disclosure relates to a plug for a buckle including the plug and a socket which are capable of being connected to and disconnected from each other and which are each attached to a predetermined member. The plug includes an attachment portion which is attached to the predetermined member; and a pair of leg portions which extend in the same direction from the attachment portion. An engagement portion is formed at the leg portion. The leg portion is bent at a plurality of bending points between the attachment portion and the engagement portion in an extending direction of the leg portion.
Duty belt core
Duty belt core constituting a rigid backbone of a duty belt, comprising a left hand side piece firmly attached to a left hand half of a front belt buckle, a right hand side piece firmly attached to the right hand half of the front belt buckle. Each of the left hand and right hand side pieces is connected to a common back piece via side-symmetrical length adjustment patterns and safety stops preventing accidental disengagement of the side pieces from the common back piece. A belt buckle provided with extensions, as well as use hereof is also disclosed.
