Methods for attaching a webbing or a ribbon to a quick release buckle and a quick release buckle
Two methods to attach a webbing or ribbon to a quick release buckle, and a quick release buckle for the use of the two methods are disclosed. Quick release buckles are designed to be used with webbing that is sewn to be attached to the quick release buckle, but for this invention two methods that do not require a sewing process are disclosed. One method uses a knot, and the other method uses a melted-solidified-end made on the webbing or ribbon using a melting method such as a flame or a hot iron or an ultrasonic welder.
BUCKLE COMPONENT
A buckle component (1, 2) having a main body (3) and a clamping web (4), the main body (3) having a belt-receiving opening (5), and the clamping web (4) being mounted displaceably on the main body (3) in the belt-receiving opening (5) for clamping a belt (6), which is guided around the clamping web (4), between the clamping web (4) and an edge (7) of the main body (3) bounding the belt-receiving opening (5). The buckle component (1, 2) additionally has a flap (8) which is mounted pivotably on the main body (3) by a pivot joint (9), and the flap (8) has a clamping surface (10) for clamping the belt (6) between the clamping surface (10) of the flap (8) and the clamping web (4) in a clamping position of the flap (8).
Magnetic buckle
A buckle assembly has two buckle portions, each having a base body with a fastening hook and a fastening recess, and a magnet connected to the interior surface. The buckle portions are configured such that placing the interior surface of one buckle portion against the interior surface of the other buckle portion causes the magnets to engage each other and the fastening hook of each buckle portion to enter the fastening recess of the other buckle portion, to lock the two buckle portions together and prevent disengagement under tension in opposing directions parallel to a longitudinal extent of the buckle assembly. There is a fastening tenon connected to the base body and extending into the fastening recess on each of the buckle portions. The fastening hooks engage a respective one of the fastening tenons as the fastening hooks enter the fastening recesses to lock the two buckle portions together.
BUCKLE ASSEMBLY WITH DISENGAGEMENT PREVENTION DEVICE
A buckle assembly with a disengagement prevention device and a method for using the same is disclosed. The buckle assembly has a first buckle member having a first strap holding structure configured to adjustably affix the first buckle member to a first strap segment. A second buckle member is configured to couple with the first buckle member, the second buckle member having a second strap holding structure configured to affix the second buckle member to a second strap segment. A disengagement prevention device is configured for engagement with the first and second buckle members to maintain the first and second buckle members in a coupled state under conditions where the first and second buckle members are not properly engaged or the engagement between the first and second buckle members is accidentally released.
BUOYANCY CONTROL DEVICE WITH A CONNECTION ADAPTOR BETWEEN A SNAP COUPLING TERMINAL OF A SHOULDER STRAP AND AN ARTICULATED CONNECTOR FASTENED TO THE BODY OF THE DEVICE
A buoyancy control device for scuba diving comprising at least two shoulder straps, each shoulder strap having an upper portion and a lower portion joined by a closing buckle comprising a male buckle element and a female buckle element, which has a first connection means for connecting to the upper portion of the shoulder strap and a second connection means for connecting to the male buckle element, wherein the female buckle element comprises a first part that has the first connection means, a second part that has the second connection means, and an articulated connection pin for connecting the first part to the second part.
Inserting buckle
An inserting buckle includes an insertion piece, a buckle body, an ejection member, a first pressing buckle and a second pressing buckle. The second pressing buckle movably disposed in the cavity and moved toward or away from the first pressing buckle; the second pressing buckle is driven back by a second elastic member; a buckle hole is formed between the first pressing buckle and the second pressing buckle; the connection portion is inserted into the cavity and is locked in the buckle hole; the first pressing buckle and the second pressing buckle are simultaneously pressed to enlarge an width of the buckle hole, the connection portion is separated from the buckle hole, the ejection member ejects the connection portion out of the cavity. The operation of separating the buckle body and the insertion piece only needs to simultaneously press the first button and the second button with one hand.
Fixing Device for Detachably Fixing a Body to a Motor Vehicle, and Luggage-Carrying Device
A fixing device for detachably fixing a body to a vehicle, such as a tilting vehicle, includes: at least one first fixing device which can be fixed or is fixed to the body; at least one second fixing device which can be fixed or is fixed to a load-bearing vehicle component of the motor vehicle and which is detachably joined to the first fixing device in a coupled arrangement in order to fix the body to the vehicle component; and at least one electrical line which can be guided from the vehicle component to the body and can be fixed to the body in order to supply an electrical load. The fixing device is characterized in that the first fixing device has a first conductor of the electrical line and the second fixing device has a second conductor of the electrical line. The first conductor and the second conductor can be electrically conductively connected or are electrically conductively connected to one another in the coupled arrangement of the fixing devices.
STRETCH FASTENER
A fastener having two strap ends connected by an elastomeric member is described. The elastomeric member has sufficient elasticity to allow a user to increase the distance of separation between the two strap ends by applying a separation force, while providing enough tension to return the two strap ends to close proximity when the user releases the separation force. The elastomeric member may also have an adjustable elasticity to accommodate different applications with different load forces. The two strap ends may each be attached to two connectors.
Buckle-type closing device
A buckle-type closing device including a first component and a second component that are associable with one another in a releasable manner, the first component including a chamber in which a magnet is housed and a support element, and the second component including a ferromagnetic locking element that is adapted to interact, in operation, with the magnet, the locking element being movable between a first released position and a second locking position in which the locking element is attracted by the magnet against the support element.
