DISTRIBUTED MULTI-DIE PROTOCOL APPLICATION INTERFACE
Systems and methods are provided for supporting wide-protocol interface across a multi-die interconnect interface. Data signals of a wide-protocol interface are split into a plurality of data streams. A handshake signal is established between a first circuit and a second circuit, whereby the first circuit and second circuit are dies of a multi-die device. The first circuit transmits the plurality of data streams to the second circuit via a plurality of multi-die interconnect channels. Each data stream of the plurality of data streams are compressed based on the handshake signal in order to provide wide-protocol interface with reduced number of required pins.

The buffer includes a plurality of memory cells. The network is coupled to the plurality of memory cells. The selector is coupled to the network and the plurality of arithmetic logic units. The bidirectional queue is coupled between the selectors of the tile execution units.
Neural processing device and method for synchronization thereof
A neural processing device is provided. The neural processing device comprises a plurality of neural processors, a shared memory shared by the plurality of neural processors, a plurality of semaphore memories, and global interconnection. The plurality of neural processors generates a plurality of L3 sync targets, respectively. Each semaphore memory is associated with a respective one of the plurality of neural processors, and the plurality of semaphore memories receive and store the plurality of L3 sync targets, respectively. Synchronization of the plurality of neural processors is performed according to the plurality of L3 sync targets. The global interconnection connects the plurality of neural processors with the shared memory, and comprises an L3 sync channel through which an L3 synchronization signal corresponding to at least one L3 sync target is transmitted.
Scalable input/output system and techniques to transmit data between domains without a central processor
An apparatus for managing input/output (I/O) data may include a streaming I/O controller to receive data from a load/store domain component and output the data as first streaming data of a first data type comprising a first data movement type and first data format type. The apparatus may also include at least one accelerator coupled to the streaming I/O controller to receive the first streaming data, transform the first streaming data to second streaming data having a second data type different than the first data type, and output the second streaming data. In addition, the apparatus may include a streaming interconnect to conduct the second data to a peer device configured to receive data of the second data type.
INDIVIDUALLY ADDRESSING MEMORY DEVICES DISCONNECTED FROM A DATA BUS
Memory devices and methods for operating the same are provided. A memory device can include at least one command contact and at least one data contact. The memory device can be configured to detect a condition in which the at least one command contact is connected to a controller and the at least one data contact is disconnected from the controller, and to enter, based at least in part on detecting the condition, a first operating mode with a lower nominal power rating than a second operating mode. Memory modules including one or more such memory devices can be provided, and memory systems including controllers and such memory modules can also be provided.

System and method for efficient queue management
A method, computer program product, and computing system for defining a queue. The queue may be based on a linked list and may be a first-in, first-out (FIFO) queue that may be configured to be use used with multiple producers and a single consumer. The queue may include a plurality of queue elements. A tail element and a head element may be defined from the plurality of elements within the queue. The tail element may point to a last element of the plurality of elements and the head element may point to a first element of a plurality of elements. An element may be dequeued from the tail element, which may include determining if the tail element is in a null state. An element may be enqueued to the head element, which may include adding a new element to the queue.

Using non-real-time computers for agricultural guidance systems
A precision steering computer installed on a tractor uses waypoints generated by a hand-held smart-device to steer a tractor. The smart-device is the operators primary interface and is a component of the entire precision agriculture guidance system. The batched, time ordered waypoints represent a list of coordinates for steering the tractor. As the tractor is automatically steered in the field, the waypoints are consumed and discarded by the real-time steering computer in the order they are received from the non-real-time smart device. A planned path is generated by the tractor operator on the smart device and the tractors progress and status are displayed on the same smart-device.
