DEFECT DETECTION FOR MULTI-DIE MASKS
20230098730 · 2023-03-30 ·

Methods and systems for detecting defects on a mask are provided. One method includes generating a database reference image for a multi-die mask by simulation and detecting first defects on the mask by comparing the database reference image to images of the mask generated by an imaging subsystem for a first of the multiple dies. The method also includes generating a die reference image for the first of the multiple dies by applying one or more parameters of the imaging subsystem learned by generating the database reference image to the images generated by the imaging subsystem of one or more of the multiple dies other than the first multiple die. In addition, the method includes detecting second defects on the mask by comparing the die reference image to the images of the mask generated by the imaging subsystem for the first of the multiple dies.

System and method of identifying visual objects

A system and method of identifying objects is provided. In one aspect, the system and method includes a hand-held device with a display, camera and processor. As the camera captures images and displays them on the display, the processor compares the information retrieved in connection with one image with information retrieved in connection with subsequent images. The processor uses the result of such comparison to determine the object that is likely to be of greatest interest to the user. The display simultaneously displays the images the images as they are captured, the location of the object in an image, and information retrieved for the object.

Systems and methods are disclosed for creating, editing, sharing and distributing high-quality, media-rich web-based communications. The communications are created in a layered fashion that integrates user-selected text, colors, background patterns, images, sound, music, video, or other media. The systems and methods are used to generate, edit, broadcast, and track electronic presentations, brochures, advertisements (such as banner advertisements on highly trafficked media websites), announcements, and interactive web pages, without the need for the user to understand complex programming languages.

POST CAPTURE IMAGERY PROCESSING AND DEPLOYMENT SYSTEMS

A post capture imagery processing system is provided. The system is for use with aerial imagery and includes a server having a processor and a memory and a software application providing instruction to the server to process the captured aerial imagery, such as spherical imagery. The server further includes instructions to geo-rectify the spherical imagery. The geo rectifying of the spherical imagery may include one of use of a third party GIS map to associate corresponding data with the spherical imagery in order to produce a geo-referenced spherical image, or calculate the geo-references by a software application performing particular operations on the server.

In some embodiments, a process and system are provided for generating a user interface for classification of a sample image of a cell that includes receiving a sample image of a sample particle from a biological sample and selecting reference images that each portray a reference particle of a biological sample. The reference images can be ordered based on similarity and the reference images can be selected based on the order. The first selected reference image can be aligned with the sample image and expanded such that the adjacent edges of the reference image and sample image are the same. The expanded image can be dynamically filled. The sample image and the expanded reference image can be displayed in a user interface.

Systems and methods for image storage

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for image storage. The methods may include obtaining a first image of a subject. The methods may further include obtaining a second image of the subject. The second image may include scan status information of the subject. The scan status information may be associated with a status of the subject when the first image is acquired. And The methods may also include storing the second image correspondingly with the first image.
