A method and apparatus for pre-training a model, a device, a storage medium, and a program product. An embodiment of the method includes: acquiring a sample natural language text; generating N types of prompt words based on the sample natural language text, where N is a positive integer; generating sample input data based on the sample natural language text and the N types of prompt words; and training an initial language model based on the sample input data, to obtain a pre-trained language model.

INSTRUCTION INTERPRETATION FOR WEB TASK AUTOMATION
20230045426 · 2023-02-09 ·

A method of generating an instruction performance skeleton employs an instruction unit configured to receive a natural language instruction. From the natural language instruction, a sequence of clauses may be extracted. The instruction unit then determines a target website or websites on which to perform the task. The object models of the target website are generated. A comparison of the sequence of actions to the object model and its labelling hierarchical class structure is performed. Based on this comparison, an instruction performance skeleton is generated. In future, on the basis of a further natural language instruction that is similar to the previous natural language instruction, the instruction performance skeleton may be modified to generate a playback performance skeleton to arrange performance of a task.

Methods and systems for preventing utilization of problematic software

Embodiments for managing the utilization of software releases are provided. Information associated with a software release and at least one early adopter of the software release is analyzed to calculate a severity score for the software release. A time to utilize the software release is determined based on the calculated severity score.

Context information reformation and transfer mechanism at inflection point

Systems, methods, and apparatus for communication assistance for aneurotypical individuals are described. Embodiments of the systems, methods, and apparatus may receive input data during a communication between a first user and a second user, generate feedback based on the input data using a shared network comprising psychological information about the second user, wherein the shared network is based at least in part on interactions between the second user and a third user, and provide the feedback to the first user during the communication.

Minimization of computational demands in model agnostic cross-lingual transfer with neural task representations as weak supervision

A task agnostic framework for neural model transfer from a first language to a second language, that can minimize computational and monetary costs by accurately forming predictions in a model of the second language by relying on only a labeled data set in the first language, a parallel data set between both languages, a labeled loss function, and an unlabeled loss function. The models may be trained jointly or in a two-stage process.

Intelligent call routing using knowledge graphs

A system and method for intelligently routing calls between customers and agents. The system and method use knowledge graphs to generate route recommendations for a route selection system. The system uses dynamically selected objective functions to generate the route recommendations. The objective functions may be selected according to the intent of the call. The system and method can also be used to reroute ongoing calls when the intent of the call changes.
