Method to classify, design and manufacture a metallic part
A computerized method to determine the aptitude of a metallic part to be manufactured by roll forming and to classify metallic parts into one of the following categories: roll-formable without modification, roll-formable with modifications, not roll-formable. It also provides for a computerized method to compute the roll forming direction of a part. It further provides a method for determining the aptitude to roll forming of a large set of parts, such as for example part of the set of parts making up an automotive vehicle. The purpose of the current invention is further to provide a manufacturing method for a metallic part.
PARALLEL GENERATORS OF RANDOM NUMBERS ON GEOMETRICAL STRUCTURES
A method for realization of samples of random numbers distributed on temporal and spatial lattice points is described. The method may include using samples obtained by integrating a temporal and spatial white noise over the temporally smallest unit and over the spatial unit of volume, with the distribution of samples. The method may ensure small correlations to neighboring samples in temporal as well as spatial directions.
Object classification and identification from raw data
Raw data is accessed from a storage device. A sample survey technique is used on the raw data to select a sample data. A data science technique is used on the sample data to determine a sample data category. The raw data is classified at least in part by considering the sample data category. A tier of storage is identified for the raw data on the storage device based on the classification.
Simulation method for characteristics of transistor, simulation method for characteristics of electronic circuit including transistor, and nontransitory recording medium that stores simulation program for characteristics of transistor
A simulation method includes a process of calculating a transient charge density q.sub.T of trapped charges after applying a voltage between a gate electrode and a semiconductor layer of a transistor, the charge density q.sub.T being calculated with a time variance of the charge density q.sub.T being expressed by a function obtained by superimposing multiple exponential functions having mutually different time constants.
Method for generating objective function, apparatus, electronic device and computer readable medium
A method for generating a target function is provided. The method includes: performing normalization processing on a vector corresponding to each pixel in a target feature map set to generate a target vector, so as to obtain a target vector set; generating hash coding corresponding to each vector in the target vector set, to obtain a hash coding set; determining a prior probability of each hash coding in the hash coding set; and generating a target function based on an entropy of the prior probability.
