A method for generating a transmission line model includes classifying a transmission line which is a modeling target as one of at least two types comprising an end line and a middle line according to a laid state of the transmission line and modeling the end line and the middle line individually to generate an end-line model and a middle-line model. The end-line model and the middle-line model each include, as parameters representing their respective transmission characteristics, a characteristic impedance and a delay time. A method for computer simulation includes evaluating the immunity characteristics or emission characteristics of a tested device while sweeping a parameter which is a parameter, left variable, of a transmission line model that models the transmission line to which the tested device is connected.

EQUIPMENT STATE ANALYSIS DEVICE, EQUIPMENT STATE ANALYSIS METHOD, AND PROGRAM

An object of the present invention is to provide a facility state analysis apparatus, a facility state analysis method, and a program capable of extracting a pole having a high risk without an inspector visiting a site. The facility state analysis apparatus according to the present invention creates a pole model from a material characteristic, dimensions, and a structure model of a pole, highly accurately estimates, by using a finite element method, a facility state such as deflection and an inclination when tension by a separately created cable model is applied to the pole model, and visualizes strength remaining in a facility system.

INTUITIVE TERMINAL ASSIGNMENT AND WIRING DIAGRAM FOR A BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A building management system, such as a small or medium business, having one or more control devices. Assigning codes to devices, and reading and listing them may aid in configuring the devices. Templates may be used for dynamic configuration of devices and equipment. Representing terminal assignments and wiring diagrams of control devices may be intuitive in that they resemble real hardware for ease of complete installation. The present system and approach may provide an intuitive way of securely registering devices with cloud usage, for example, involving a mobile phone with no manual entry of data so that a user can complete this process with ease. An intuitive, automatic and asynchronous device configuration downloading may be seen, such as to multiple control devices in a single shot. There may be seamless configuration data synchronization, for example, in view of replacement devices, or so the latest data is readily available.

Image forming apparatus have a plurality of models including a common control board and different in number of electrical components used. The image forming apparatus includes a wire harness including: a third connector removably connected to a first connector provided to the control board; fourth connectors removably connected to second connectors provided to the electrical components; and a plurality of cables connecting the third connector and the fourth connectors. In all of the plurality of models, cables are connected to pins located at both ends of the third connector. In a model in which the number of the plurality of cables is smaller than the number of pins of the third connector, pins of the third connector to which the plurality of cables are not connected are arranged at a central portion in a longitudinal direction of the third connector or near the central portion.

A system, method, apparatus, and computer program product for generating a cabling plan for a computing system are disclosed. A method may include accessing an elevation plan defining a respective mount position for each of a set of components of the computing system. The method may also include determining one or more port pairs to be used for interconnecting the plurality of components. The method may further include determining, for each port pair, a cable length to use to connect the port pair. The cable length may be determined based at least in part on mount positions defined by the elevation plan for the two components connected by the port pair. The method may additionally include generating a cabling plan defining the cable length to use to connect each respective port pair.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DESIGN AND ENGINEERING LED FIBER ROLLOUT

Optical fiber network or fiber network is used for transmitting large volumes of data with maximum speed. Fiber to home is a recent technology of the fiber network where the initial fiber rollout cost is more. Hence a proper network management is necessary to rollout the fiber network in an optimized manner. Conventional methods provides construction led approach for fiber network planning and field survey. The present disclosure receives a plurality of geocoded addresses associated with a plurality of users and an average revenue per user. A fiber rollout cost projection is performed based on the input data and a fiber network is generated based on the projected fiber rollout cost. Further, field survey is performed based on the generated network and a fiber network construction design is made. Further, a fiber network rollout is performed based on the fiber network construction design and a redline deviation markup.

Methods to Generate a Wiring Schema

Apparatus and associated methods relate to generating a wiring schema with more than one safety device sharing at least one test signal through one or more external terminal blocks when the number of terminals required by safety devices exceeds the number of available terminals of a safety controller. In an illustrative example, the method may include determining a total number of terminals A of safety devices to be connected to a safety evaluation device having a number of terminals B. If A is greater than B, the method may then include generating a wiring schema that one or more external terminal blocks may show indicia of electrical connections between an identified set of safety devices and a shared terminal of the safety evaluation device associated with that set. By using the method, the number of devices that can be connected to the safety evaluation device may be expanded.
