MOTOR WINDING INSULATION DIAGNOSIS AND PROGNOSIS USING RESISTANCE SIMULATION METHOD
Described herein is a fast and high-fidelity fault model of PMSM which can describe the dynamic performance of motors accurately, using an equivalent resistance simulation method to simulate the number of short turns of stator winding with the help of an established motor model and the given relationship between the value of the resistance and the number of short turns of stator winding, fault diagnosis and prognosis of the experimental motor is conducted based on the Hilbert transform method under a Riemann/Lebesgue sampling framework, which results in low computation and small uncertainty accumulation.

The creation may be performed via an iterative loop between a build process simulation engine and a topology optimization engine.
Systems and methods of simulating drop shock reliability of solder joints with a multi-scale model
A global computer aided engineering (CAE) model representing an electronic product that contains solder joints and an individual detailed solder joint model are received. The solder joint model can include a solder ball, one or more metal pads, a portion of printed circuit board, and a portion of semiconductor chip component. The global CAE model includes locations of the solder joints to be evaluated in a drop test simulation. The solder joint model is replicated at each location to create a local CAE model via a geometric relationship between the global CAE model and the local CAE model. Simulated physical behaviors of the product under a design condition are obtained in a co-simulation using the global CAE model in a first time scale and the local CAE model in a second time scale. Simulated physical behaviors are periodically synchronized based on kinematic and force constraints.
Systems and methods for automated threat modeling when deploying infrastructure as a code
Systems and methods of generating a threat model from a code file are defined. The system includes one or more data stores communicatively coupled with a processor, and storing information on a plurality of properties to be configured for one or more resources included in the code file and a plurality of security threats associated with one or more values of the plurality of properties. The system analyzes the code file to identify one or more properties associated with the one or more resources included in the code file. For each property, a value for the property defined in the code file is identified, one or more security threats are determined based on the identified value for the property, using the information stored in the data stores. The system generates a threat model for the one or more resources based on the determined one or more security threats.
RELIABILITY EVALUATION METHOD AND SYSTEM OF MICROGRID INVERTER IGBT BASED ON SEGMENTED LSTM
A reliability evaluation method and system for a microgrid inverter IGBT based on segmented long short-term memory (LSTM) is disclosed, including steps as follows. An electrothermal coupling model is constructed to obtain real-time junction temperature data. The original LSTM algorithm is improved to obtain a segmented LSTM prediction network for the aging characteristics of the IGBT. The monitoring value of the IGBT aging parameter is used to perform segmented LSTM prediction to obtain the predicted aging process, and the threshold values of different aging stages are categorized. An aging correction is performed on the aging parameter of the electrothermal coupling model to ensure the accuracy of the junction temperature data. Rainflow-counting algorithm is used to calculate real-time thermal stress load distribution of the IGBT. The fatigue damage theory and the Lesit life prediction model are combined to calculate the real-time cumulative damage and predicted life of the IGBT.

VARIATION-AWARE ANALOG CIRCUIT SIZING WITH CLASSIFIER CHAINS
A simulation-based optimization framework determines the sizing of components of an analog circuit to meet target design specifications while also satisfying the robustness specifications set by the designer. The robustness is guaranteed by setting a limit on the standard deviations of the variations in the performance parameters of a circuit across all process and temperature corners of interest Classifier chains are used that, in addition to modeling the relationship between inputs and outputs, learn the relationships among output labels. Additional design knowledge is inferred from the optimal ordering of the classifier chain.
