Slide Fastener-Attached Product
Provided is a slide fastener-attached product in which an element member, is fixed to an element attaching edge portion of a fastener attached member with a sewn portion for fixing. The sewn portion for fixing pierces the element attaching edge portion, and a thread forming the sewn portion for fixing holds a connecting member. A position that the sewn portion for fixing pierces the element attaching edge portion is apart from an element to be inside of the element attaching edge portion. Thereby, weight reduction and improvement in flexibility of the slide fastener-attached product can be achieved.
Slide Fastener-Attached Product, Element Member and Manufacturing Method of Slide Fastener-Attached Product
These slide fastener-attached products each have: a pair of element members in which fastener elements are attached to a fixing member; a fastener attached member provided with a pair of element attaching edge portion; and sliders. The element members are directly fixed to the element attaching edge portions by sewn portion for fixing, the sewn portion for fixing pierce and pass through the element attaching edge portions, and the sewing thread of the sewn portion for fixing hold the fixing member. In addition, the slide fastener-attached products are provided with protective parts which protect at least a part of the element attaching edge portions from contact with the sliders. Thus, lightweight and improved flexibility of the slide fastener-attached products can be achieved, and the durability of the element attaching edge portions can be improved.
Slide Fastener-Attached Product, Element Member and Manufacturing Method of Slide Fastener-Attached Product
A slide fastener-attached product has a first element member in which an insert pin portion is attached to a fixing member, a second element member in which a box portion is attached to a fixing member and fastener attached members having a pair of element attaching edge portions in a position facing to each other. The first element member and the second element member have an element holding portion and a component holding portion in which the insert pin portion or the box portion is attached with respect to the length direction of the fixing member, and at least the component holding portion is fixed to the element attaching edge portion of the fastener attached member with a component sewn portion which is formed of sewing threads and pierces the fastener attached member. The product provides weight saving, improved softness, and an easily separable rear end stop.
Slide Fastener Element With Decoration Bearing Portion
A fastener element for a slide fastener includes: a head portion forming at least one coupling protrusion, and at least one receiving area configured for receiving, in a closed condition of the slide fastener, a coupling protrusion of an adjacent fastener element. A first leg and a second leg extend from the head portion. Each leg forms a respective proximal portion where each leg joins the head portion, and a distal portion extending away from the proximal portion to a free end of the respective leg. A decoration bearing portion is formed with the second leg on an outer side thereof. A connecting portion is located on the distal portion of the second leg and integrally connects the decoration bearing portion to the second leg.
ULTRA-THIN PLASTIC STEEL ZIPPER
An ultra-thin plastic steel zipper includes: a pair of zipper fabric belts; two sets of teeth, respectively distributed along a direction of the pair of zipper fabric belts and engaged onto an inner side of each zipper fabric belt; a zipper head; a pair of top stops; and a bottom stop; the upper surface and the lower surface of the tooth are composed of three surfaces comprising a flat surface, a tapered surface, and a vertical surface, both an upper surface and a lower surface of the tooth has a tapered structure from the tooth head to the tooth tail, the overall volume of the teeth is significantly reduced, and the thickness and volume of the central line of the fabric belt are reduced, the established appearance of the plastic steel zipper is improved.
Slide Fastener-Attached Product, Element Member and Manufacturing Method of Slide Fastener-Attached Product
A slide fastener-attached product includes a pair of element members and a fastener attached member having a pair of element attaching edge portions to which the element members are attached at positions. A fixing member includes an element holding portion and an extending portion extending further in one direction of a length direction than the element holding portion. The element member is fixed to the element attaching edge portion of the fastener attached member with a sewn portion for fixing of a sewing thread, and the extending portion of the fixing member is fixed to the element attaching edge portion with the sewn portion for fixing. A member attaching portion to which a component part of a separable rear end stop is attached is formed of a part including the extending portion. Thereby, a weight reduction and improvement of flexibility can be attained.
Zip fastener
A zip fastener (10) comprises two opposed sets of teeth (14) which are shaped such that those on one set (12a) can fit between those on the other set (12b). At least some adjacent teeth of opposed sets (12a, 12b) have facing surfaces (17a, 17b) shaped so as engage and to inhibit lateral separation of the sets, and such that each tooth can undergo at least limited angular movement relative to the adjacent tooth. The teeth (14) within a set (12) are held at a predetermined spacing along the set by linking strips (16) aligned generally along the center line of the set (12). Each tooth (14) defines a strip location (20) facing the opposed set of teeth, such that the linking strip (16) on one set (12a) fits in the strip location (20) on the other set (12b). Since the tooth spacing is set by the linking strips (16), the sets (12) of teeth (14) can lie on a curved path.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING SLIDE FASTENER STRINGER HAVING COLORED METAL ELEMENT, METAL ELEMENT, SLIDE FASTENER STRINGER AND SLIDE FASTENER CHAIN
This method for producing a slide fastener stringer having a colored metal element involves: forming a plurality of slide fastener elements fabricated from a metal material; preliminarily performing a surface-roughening treatment on the elements; forming one or more corrosion resistance layers on one or more roughened surfaces of the elements; forming one or more coating layers for covering the corrosion resistance layers; and attaching the teeth to a tape.
Element member and slide fastener-attached product
An element member includes a fixing member and a plurality of fastener elements attached to the fixing member, characterized in that the fastener element includes an element fixing portion fixed to the fixing member, a coupling portion extending from the element fixing portion in a width direction, and a fin portion extending from the element fixing portion to a side opposite to the coupling portion. The fastener element is fixed to the fixing member only at the element fixing portion. As a result, in a slide fastener-attached product manufactured by using the element member, the orientation of the fastener element is prevented from being tilted with respect to a fastener attached member and smooth sliding operation of a slider can be ensured.
Fastener stringer and slide fastener provided with same
A fastener stringer includes a row of elements on which cured coating film is formed at sites where it is difficult to be coated by a roll coating method, preferably over the entire exposed surface, without incorporating any conductive wire in a fastener tape. A fastener stringer includes a row of elements and a fastener tape, at least one side edge of the fastener tape having insulation properties, the row of the elements being attached to the one side edge of the fastener tape, wherein each element includes a pair of leg portions and a head portion, the head portion having an engaging region for engaging with an opposing element when constructing a fastener chain, and wherein cured coating film is formed at least at a center portion in a front and back direction of the fastener tape on an end surface of the head portions.
