Method and system for analytics of data from disparate sources
A system and process extract software application performance data from disparate ownership sources and make the various source data compatible for comparison data. A software application's performance in the marketplace may be compared to other applications in a same group with comparable data information. A M2M (mobile-to-mobile) technology is an interface layer connection to a backend server that builds machine learning pipelines and may use artificial intelligence to turn massive datasets into identifiable patterns, algorithms and statistical models. This layer is capable of cleaning, aggregating, and organizing data from disparate sources to produce meaningful conclusions to complex problems to inform strategic business decisions.
ANALYSIS FUNCTION IMPARTING DEVICE, ANALYSIS FUNCTION IMPARTING METHOD, AND ANALYSIS FUNCTION IMPARTING PROGRAM
An analysis function imparting device (10) includes a virtual machine analyzing unit (121) that analyzes a virtual machine of a script engine, a command set architecture analyzing unit (122) that analyzes a command set architecture that is a command system of the virtual machine, and an analysis function imparting unit (123) that performs hooking for imparting multipath execution functions to the script engine, on the basis of architecture information acquired by the analysis performed by the virtual machine analyzing unit (121) and the command set architecture analyzing unit (122).
Master Agent and Distributed Agent Architecture for Vehicles
A system and method for an eSync update agent is provided. The update agent can communicate with an eSync client, which receives software updates from an external server and transmits the software updates to the update agent. In turn, the update agent may use its programming to determine one or more aspects of the software update, such as when or whether to perform the software update on its associated electronic device and whether to rollback the update in response to a failure performing the software update on its associated electronic device. The update agent may also be tasked with performing one or both of data gathering from or device control of its associated electronic device. The various functions, including software updating, data gathering and device control, may be programmable and activatable, thereby tailoring the functions performed by the update agent to the lifecycle needs of its associated electronic device.
FIRMWARE PROVISION APPARATUS AND PROVISION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a firmware provision apparatus and a provision method therefor. The firmware provision apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a memory that stores firmware data of a specific device; and a processor that divides the firmware data into two or more logical blocks, and generates a firmware image including the logical blocks obtained from the division, wherein the logical blocks include data areas in which the corresponding divided firmware data is stored and buffer areas in which data about changed details of the corresponding divided firmware data is stored.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT POWER CONSUMPTION RATING FOR APPLICATIONS
Systems and methods for generating a power consumption rating include receiving instrumentation data corresponding to a plurality of applications. The received instrumentation data is processed to calculate a relative power consumption value for each application of the plurality of applications. The relative power consumption value for each application is compared and a power consumption rating for each application based on the comparison is generated, thereby providing a visual indicator of power consumption for the applications that can be easily evaluated.
Enhanced application performance framework
This document describes a framework for measuring and improving the performance of applications, such as distributed applications and web applications. In one aspect, a method includes performing a test on an application. The test includes executing the application on one or more computers and, while executing the application, simulating a set of workload scenarios for which performance of the application is measured during the test. While performing the test, a set of performance metrics that indicate performance of individual components involved in executing the application during the test is obtained. A knowledge graph is queried using the set of performance metrics. The knowledge graph links the individual components to corresponding performance metrics and defines a set of hotspot conditions that are each based on one or more of the corresponding performance metrics for the individual components. A given hotspot condition is detected based on the set of performance metrics.
COMPARING THE PERFORMANCE OF MULTIPLE APPLICATION VERSIONS
Comparing the performance of multiple versions or branches/paths of an application (e.g., a web service or application) may be conducted within a suitable computing environment. Such an environment may be virtual in nature, cloud-based, or server-based, and is hosted with tools for simultaneously (or nearly simultaneously) executing multiple containers or other code collections with the same or similar operating conditions (e.g., network congestion, resource contention, memory management schemes). By arranging the performance test of different application versions in different sequences executed in parallel in separate containers, fair comparisons of the tested applications will be obtained. Testing sequences may be executed multiple times, and metrics are collected during each execution. Afterward, the results for each metric for each code version are aggregated and displayed to indicate their relative performance quantitatively and/or qualitatively.
Allocation of resources for a plurality of hosts
It is presented a method for enabling allocation of resources for a plurality of hosts. The method is performed by a server (1) and comprises identifying (S100) a service running on one or more of the plurality of hosts, determining (S140) a stretch factor for a recurring load pattern for the service running on the one or more of the plurality of hosts, and storing (S150) the identified service together with the determined stretch factor. It is also presented a server, a computer program and a computer program product.
Test equipment interface add-on having a production support equipment module and a selectively removable test support equipment module
Devices, systems, and methods for providing an engine control system configured with a two-part test equipment monitor where at least one part is selectively removable are disclosed. An engine control system for an aircraft includes an electronic control unit (ECU). The ECU is configured to implement a production support equipment module and a selectively removable test support equipment module. The production support equipment module enables restricted data monitoring of the engine control system. The test support equipment module enables a comprehensive interface with the engine control system when installed with the ECU.
