The present application relates to a detachable link for watch bands and a detachable watch band. The detachable link comprises an I-piece, a middle link, spring bars, and a key. By improving the connection mode between the watch band links, users are allowed to quickly take off or put in a watch band link without tools, thereby realizing length adjustment.

A connecting structure includes a connecting pin, a pin catch, a biasing member, and a holder. The connecting pin has a first portion, a second portion thicker than the first portion, and a step therebetween and connects a connecting object and a connected object (objects) by being inserted into their insertion holes. This invention concerns improved watch band adjustment unit, comprising a fixing unit, fixing pieces, rotating pieces on the left and right sides, and a passing fixing component. The fixing unit, fixing pieces, and rotating pieces form a first locking channel; the fixing pieces and rotating pieces form a second locking channel, with a locking limit portion. The fixing component is an interference fit rod or screw. When the rotating pieces are pulled and rotated, they compress an elastic member and disengage from the first fixing rod, allowing the adjacent adjustment unit to be mounted or dismounted, enabling quick assembly and reducing production costs.
