Clasp mechanisms for wristwatch bands
In one aspect, the subject matter of the disclosure features a watch band. The watch band includes a strap and a clasp mechanism integrated with an end of the strap. The clasp mechanism includes a concave member defining a channel at the end of the strap and a cover plate. The cover plate is configured to move between (i) a first position in which the cover plate covers the channel, and (ii) a second position in which the cover plate is retracted to leave at least part of the channel uncovered by the cover plate.
Jewelry article comprising a clasp with a swivel lock
A jewelry article, in particular a bracelet, has two branches and a clasp as a lock pivotally mounted on a pivot integral with or connected to one end of one of the two branches. The lock has a central passage extending along the axis of the pivot and a cavity communicating with the central passage and opening onto one of two lateral sides of the lock. The clasp further includes a connecting member integral with or connected to one end of the other of the two branches and intended to be fitted into the central passage and the cavity of the lock. The connecting member and the cavity are shaped so as to make it possible, on the one hand, to bring the jewelry article between an unlocked and a locked configuration by rotating the lock about the pivot after the connecting member has been fitted into the lock.

Coupler
The coupler includes a male coupler formed with an annular groove, and a female coupler into which the male coupler is detachably inserted. The female coupler includes a first body part downwardly open, a second body part upwardly open, being rotatably connected with the first body part, and defining a hollow space together with the first body part, and a guide housed in the space, and supporting the male coupler inserted into the female coupler. The guide is composed of a material having elasticity, and exerts an elastic force on the first body part and the second body part such that they are closed to each other.
Clasp and system
A clasp is disclosed wherein two housings with fingers are interlocked in a transition fit and then secured by a central lock bar. The clasp is beneficially applied to open space between garment edges whereby the garment is fastened and sized.
Rotating jewelry closure
A jewelry item has a first side including a first and second end with a stem and locking notch and a second side including a third and fourth end with a mounting stem and ball joint. The second end of the first side is connected to the fourth end of the second side. A closure has a collar rotatably connected to a rotatable connection element. The collar is connected to the third end and located between the third end and the rotatable connection element. In an open configuration, the stem with the locking notch of the first side can be inserted within a locking cavity of the rotatable connection element. In a closed configuration, the rotatable connection element is configured to be rotated to engage the locking notch of the stem, preventing removal of the stem from the rotatable connection element.

Clasp held by opposing magnetic forces
A connector with two magnets with like poles facing towards each other. A first magnet of the two magnets is fixedly attached to a support base and female receptacle situated above the same pole of the first magnet. The second magnet is fixedly attached to a male flange adapted for passage through the female receptacle. The male flange and second magnet are further fixedly attached to a length of material which is longer than the female receptacle, such that the male flange remains within the female receptacle in an assembled condition due to a magnetic force pushing each magnet away from the other. Another embodiment includes a method of use, including lining up the male flange into the female receptacle for locking and pushing down and slightly transversely on the male flange to unlock.
Adjustable watchband
An adjustable watchband is disclosed. The watchband includes a first band portion and a second band portion. The first band portion comprises a plurality of adjustment slots, a push button, a push button sliding space, a connector, and a connector sliding space. The push button is adapted to shift between the plurality of adjustment slots. The connector is adapted to slide together with the push button. The second band portion comprises a second securing member and at least one positioning hole. The second securing member is configured to engage the first securing member to releasably secure the second band portion to the first band portion. The at least one positioning hole is adapted to receive the at least one positioning pin.
ROTATING JEWELRY CLOSURE
A method is provided for closing a jewelry item that has a first side including a first and second end, the first end having a stem and locking notch. A second side of the jewelry includes a third and fourth end, the second end of the first side is connected to the fourth end of the second side. The jewelry has a closure having a collar rotatably connected to a rotatable connection element, where the collar is connected to the third end and located between the third end and the rotatable connection element. The method includes pressing the first end of the first side towards the third end of the second side. In an unlocked configuration, the stem with the locking notch of the first side is inserted within a locking cavity of the rotatable connection element. In a locking configuration the rotatable connection element is rotated to engage the locking notch of the stem, preventing removal of the stem from the rotatable connection element.
