PLUG COUNT LIMITER FOR CABLES
A cable connector for counting a number of plug-in events and preventing further plug in attempts after a threshold number of plug-in events have occurred. An inner sleeve is located inside an outer sleeve, and is designed to move relative to the outer sleeve. The inner sleeve further includes a tab on an outer surface of the inner sleeve. A gear wheel is located inside the outer sleeve and perpendicular to the inner sleeve and has a number of gear teeth. A toggle plug counter rotates the gear wheel one tooth in response to a plug-in action of the cable counter. When the gear wheel rotates to a point where the tab aligns with a notch in the gear wheel an inner spring at the opposite end of the inner sleeve causes the inner sleeve to move through the gear wheel such that further plugging action becomes difficult.
Method for detecting a latent failure mode in an electronic selector having an interface switch and at least two underlying switches
A method for detecting a latent failure mode in an electronic selector having an interface switch and at least two underlying switches includes tracking and counting each of the underlying switch's close/open status change counts in the context of tracking and counting the interface switch selection status change counts. The method continues by calculating the ratio of each underlying switch's close or open status change counts against the interface switch selection status change counts. By comparing these ratios from each underlying switch in respect to the interface switch selection status change counts, a set of new algorithms are formulated to detect an interface switch latent failure mode due to either one of the at least two underlying switches stuck to open or one of the at least two underlying switches chattering between close and open states at a relatively high frequency compared to the interface switch selection event.
Dose counter and dispensing apparatus
The present invention provides dose counter for displaying a count indication of the number or quantity of doses dispensed from or remaining in a container associated, in use, with the dose counter, comprising an indicator member comprising dose indicia and a priming indicator for prompting a user to carry out one or more priming actuations of the container. The priming indicator is initially arranged to at least partially overly the indicator member to thereby at least partially obscure viewing of the dose indicia of the indicator member until the one or more priming actuations of the container have been completed. The priming indicator is movable after the one or more priming actuations have been completed into a disposition where it no longer obscures viewing of the dose indicia of the indicator member. The invention also provides a dispensing apparatus comprising the dose counter.

Hand pliers
The invention relates to hand pliers (1) which are in particular embodied as crimping pliers. According to the invention, the hand pliers (1) comprise a counting device (16) which counts the number passed working strokes (17). The counting device (16) is built with a sensor which senses the distance or displacement of two components moved relatively to each other over the working stroke (17), in particular the distance or displacement of hand levers (2, 3). If the count number registered by the counting device (16) exceeds a threshold value, it is possible to produce a display at a displaying device of the hand pliers (1) which indicates that an exchange of drive elements or an exchange of dies or a certification of the hand pliers is required.

Testing and setting performance parameters in a semiconductor device and method therefor
A method of determining temperature ranges and setting performance parameters in a semiconductor device that may include at least one temperature sensing circuit is disclosed. The temperature sensing circuits may be used to control various operating parameters to improve the operation of the semiconductor device over a wide temperature range. The performance parameters may be set to improve speed parameters and/or decrease current consumption over a wide range of temperature ranges.
NEBULIZER AND CONTAINER
A nebulizer and a container with a fluid for such a nebulizer are proposed. The container comprises an indicator device fixedly mounted on the bottom of the container. When a predetermined number of uses of the container (3) with the nebulizer (1) has been reached or exceeded, a signal element becomes visible on the indicator device. The indicator device stops further use of the container in a locked state when a predetermined number of uses has been reached or exceeded. Then, the nebulizer is partially opened and blocked against further use. After replacement of the container including the indicator device, the nebulizer can be used again.
NEBULIZER
A nebulizer is proposed which receives a container with a fluid and an indicator device. The indicator device stops further use of the container in a locked state when a predetermined number of uses has been reached or exceeded. In the locked state, a locking device locks the nebulizer against rotation in a partially tensioned state and, thus, against further use. After replacement of the container including the indicator device, the nebulizer can be used again.
Container, Indicator Device, and Nebulizer
A nebulizer as well as a container and an indicator device for such a nebulizer are proposed. The indicator device is fixedly mounted from the bottom of the container and comprises a piercing element for opening an aeration of the container. The indicator device and its piercing part are preferably actuated by axial movement of the indicator device and container within the nebulizer.
