Fuel Dispenser Utilizing Wi-Fi Direct User Interface
A fuel dispenser comprises fuel flow piping defining a flow path from a source of fuel toward a fueling nozzle. A plurality of fuel handling components are disposed along the fuel flow piping. Control electronics are in operative communication with the fluid handling components. The fuel dispenser includes network circuitry operative to create a wireless peer to peer network with an adjacent vehicle. After creation of such network, the control electronics receive transaction information from the vehicle in electronic form via the network circuitry, and cause at least one function of the fuel dispenser to be controlled for a transaction based on the transaction information.
ENHANCED REBATE PROGRAM
Systems and methods are described for providing an enhanced rebate and marketing program which may automatically enroll a consumer in a loyalty programs after the consumer completes rebate form; filter consumer information to provide to customer relationship management campaigns; capture real-time consumer responses to queries; provide real-time and dynamic, targeted offers and other communications to consumers and recipients; and provide bonus added value to consumer received rebates.
LOCATION-BASED TRANSACTION RECONCILIATION MANAGEMENT METHODS AND SYSTEMS
Methods and systems of managing or reconciling location-based transactions are disclosed. At least a location attribute related to a virtual coupon is derived from a digital representation of a real-world scene captured at least in part by a mobile device. At least one virtual coupon is generated based on at least the location attribute, wherein the virtual coupon is related to a purchasable item associated with the real-world scene. A reconciliation matrix related to the purchasable item based on at least the location attribute is identified. A transaction for the purchasable item is reconciled among at least one vendor account and at least one consumer account according to the at least one virtual coupon and the at least one reconciliation matrix.
WIRELESS PEER TO PEER MOBILE WALLET CONNECTIONS
Disclosed in some examples are devices, systems, and machine readable mediums for establishing peer to peer mobile wallet communications (P2PMW) over short range wireless communication networks. These P2PMW communications allow exchange of information between two wallet clients. Example communications include payments, providing identification, providing loans, and the like. The use of P2PMW communications opens up the prospect of anyone accepting payment from anybody else at any time. All that is needed is a computing device with a mobile wallet. Example short range wireless communications include Wireless LANs (WLAN) such as WIFI (e.g., communicating according to an Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11 family of standards), BLUETOOTH® or the like.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR THE SECURE TRANSFER OF ENTITIES ON A BLOCKCHAIN
The invention provides a secure method for exchanging entities via a blockchain. The invention incorporates tokenisation techniques, and also techniques for embedding metadata in a redeem script of a blockchain transaction. Embodiment(s) provide a method of: generating a first script, the first script comprising: a first set of metadata associated with a first invitation for the exchange of a first entity by a first user, the first set of metadata comprising an indication of the first entity to be offered for exchange and a first location condition for the exchange, a first user public key (P1A) associated with the first user, wherein the first user public key (P1A) is part of an asymmetric cryptographic pair comprising the first user public key (P1A) and a first user private key (V1A). The script may further comprise and a first third-party public key (P1T) associated with a first third-party, wherein the first third-party public key (P1T) is part of an asymmetric cryptographic pair comprising the first third-party public key (P1T) and a first third-party private key (V1T) The method further comprises the steps of hashing the first script to generate a first script hash and publishing the first script and the first script hash on a distributed hash table (DHT).
TIME-LOCKED BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS AND RELATED BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY
A blockchain payment channel is effected based on a series of spending transactions exchanged between parties, in which each transaction of the series of spending transactions has a future lock time, before which it cannot be committed to the blockchain, and comprises at least two spendable transaction outputs having respective digital asset values. At computer equipment of the party, a previous transaction of the series of spending transactions is received, and a function is applied to one or more function variables contained in the previous transaction to at least partially determine the current transaction. A portion of the current transaction is cryptographically signed, the signed portion comprising the at least two spendable transaction outputs, using a private key counterpart to the public key of the party, thereby computing a transaction signature for inclusion in the transaction input of the current transaction.
CONTEXT-AWARE PEER-TO-PEER TRANSFERS OF ITEMS
In one embodiment, a payment service system may receive a request to split a bill between two or more peer users. The request may include information identifying at least the two or more peer users and an amount of the bill to be split. The two or more peer users may be identified based on determining a presence of two or more mobile devices that are respectively associated with the two or more peer users. The payment service system may send a payment request to each mobile device associated with the two or more peer users. The payment service system may receive a response, which may indicate the respective user's approval of a specified amount for payment of a portion of the bill associated with the user. The payment service system may cause a funds transfer based on specified amounts approved by the two or more peer users.
Methods and systems for reconciling a transaction within a computer-based game
Methods and systems of reconciling a transaction in a computer-based game are disclosed. At least one attribute is determined, based on digital data obtained from at least one sensor, wherein the digital data includes location data associated with the game and representing a scene. One or more attributes from the digital data of the scene are derived, wherein at least one attribute comprises a location derived from the location data. A signature is generated for a transaction from the one or more attributes including the location, and mapped to a plurality of accounts via a reconciliation matrix. A transaction associated with at least one item related to the game is initiated from at least one provider account to the plurality of accounts according to the reconciliation matrix.
Systems and methods for use in providing payment transaction notifications
Systems and methods are provided for use in distributing payment transaction notifications. One exemplary method includes identifying, by a computing device, transaction data for a transaction associated with a child token to a group payment account and identifying, by the computing device, in a data structure, a parent token with which the child token is associated. The parent token is enrolled to receive a notification for the transaction associated with the child token. As such, the method further includes transmitting, by the computing device, a notification to a communication device of a group member associated with the parent token in response to the transaction involving the child token, where the notification includes transaction data associated with the transaction such that the transaction is thereby identified to the group member along with the associated transaction data.
Payment application based fund transfer
Various embodiments are related to apparatuses and methods for enabling a sender to perform monetary transactions for a requestor. A sender can use, for example, a payment application associated with a payment processing system to perform a monetary transaction for a requestor. The payment processing system can send information related to the monetary transaction to, for example, a sender-requestor association component. When the monetary transaction is a deposit, the sender can receive funds for the deposit from the requestor. The platform can debit the requestor's financial account for the deposit amount and credit the sender's financial account with the debit account as a physical cash transaction occurs between the sender and the requestor.
