SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR SIMULTANEOUS RESOURCE EVALUATION AND VALIDATION TO AVOID DOWNSTREAM TAMPERING

Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for validating a deposit request. The method includes receiving a deposit request from a user device. The deposit request includes a deposit transaction information relating to an intended deposit. The method also includes determining a deposit transaction confidence level based on the deposit transaction information. The deposit transaction confidence level indicates a likelihood of the intended deposit being perfected. The method further includes causing a transmission of an audit request to the user device relating to the deposit request upon determining the deposit transaction confidence level is below a confidence level threshold. The audit request includes a request to confirm one or more details relating to the deposit request. The method still further includes determining a deposit determination based on a response to the audit response. The deposit determination indicates whether the intended deposit will be executed.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SMART CONTRACTS USING MULTIPLE DISTRIBUTED LEDGERS

Systems and methods for complex process flow approval using distributed ledgers are disclosed. The method may include generating a process initiation message based on input from a second service provider or a user. The method may include recording the process initiation message on a first distributed ledger. The method may include monitoring the first distributed ledger for an indication of an approval event. The method may include generating a settlement event based on the indication of the approval event. The method may include recording the settlement event on the first distributed ledger. The method may include communicating a settlement event message to a second distributed ledger. The method may include generating a virtual payment instrument associated with the settlement event message, the indication of the approval event, and the process initiation message.

This disclosure relates to awards. In some embodiments, an award can include a base having a front surface and a display assembly comprising a display apparatus, a non-transitory computer-readable medium with instructions encoded thereon, and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to cause the display assembly to display, to a recipient of the award, information relating to an event for which the recipient received the award. In some embodiments, an award can include a communications interface to enable content to be provided to the award.

Isolating And Reinstating Nodes In A Distributed Ledger Using Proof Of Innocence
20230050048 · 2023-02-16 ·

Aspects of the disclosure relate to isolating and reinstating nodes in a distributed ledger using proof of innocence. In some embodiments, a first plug-in embedded with the blockchain network may monitor consumer-initiated transactions submitted to an enterprise organization node to determine the legitimacy of each consumer-initiated transaction. The first plug-in may identify consumer-initiated transactions associated with malicious activity and may flag the consumer node for further analysis. A second plug-in may identify and analyze the consumer-initiated transactions associated with the consumer node to determine a proof of innocence value associated with the consumer node. The first plug-in may isolate the consumer node from the distributed ledger if the proof of innocence value exceeds a proof of innocence threshold. Alternatively, the first plug-in may permit the consumer node to remain within the distributed ledger if the proof of innocence value falls below the proof of innocence threshold.

SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND DEVICES FOR GENERATING CRYPTOCURRENCY BASED ON CARBON DIOXIDE EMISSIONS
20230049748 · 2023-02-16 ·

A computer-based system collects data associated with a user activity. The data is transmitted from an app running on a computing device with a user account authenticated by the computer-based system. A carbon footprint of the user activity is calculated based on the data associated with the user activity. The system calculates a proof of environmental impact in response to a function of the carbon footprint and a baseline value. An amount of cryptocurrency is generated based on the proof of environmental impact by writing a transaction for the amount of cryptocurrency to a blockchain in response to proof of environmental impact. The amount of cryptocurrency is assigned to the user account authenticated with the computer-based system.

System, Method, and Computer Program Product for Segmenting Accounts

Described are a system, method, and computer program product for segmenting a plurality of accounts. The method includes processing transaction data for a plurality of transactions conducted by a plurality of accounts using a plurality of account identifiers, the transaction data for each transaction including data identifying the transaction as an electronic transaction or a physical transaction, segmenting the plurality of accounts into at least two groups including an active customer group and an inactive customer group based on the transaction data for each transaction conducted by each of the plurality of accounts, determining a third subset of customers from the second subset of customers based on at least one predicative model and a transaction profile of each customer of the second subset of customers, and automatically enrolling the third subset of customers into an automated campaign.

METHODS OF DETERMINING REDEMPTION OF CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING USING A POS SYSTEM AND RELATED SYSTEMS
20230046907 · 2023-02-16 ·

A method and system are provided for validating a promotional token redeemed at a Point-of-Sale (PoS) terminal, can include receiving, at the Point of Sale (PoS) terminal located at a physical retail location, a promotional token ID from a mobile device associated with a customer. The promotional token ID can be configured to uniquely identify a promotional token to promote a consumer packaged good (CPG) distributed on a social media platform. A CPG is entered at the PoS terminal to determine a CPG ID configured to uniquely identify the CPG. Next, a validation request is generated. The validation request comprises the promotional token ID and the CPG ID. The validation request is then transferred to a server having access to a private blockchain ledger. Upon completion, the PoS terminal will receive, from the server, the redemption status for the promotional token ID based on information stored in the private blockchain ledger responsive to the validation request.

System and method for a mobile wallet

A computer-implemented system and method includes determining, by a mobile device associated with a user, a location of the user, generating, by the mobile device, a code comprising a tokenized value for sending funds and the location of the user, transmitting, by the mobile device, the code to a point of sale (POS) terminal associated with a merchant as part of a mobile wallet transaction, and receiving, by the mobile device, an indication that the mobile wallet transaction has been completed.

Detecting security breaches with watchdog transaction accounts

Disclosed are various embodiments for detecting security breaches using watchdog transaction accounts. A security agent can initiate a purchase with a first electronic commerce system and provide a watchdog transaction account as payment for the purchase. The security agent can then store a record of the purchase which includes a merchant identifier for the merchant and the watchdog transaction account. Subsequently, a transaction authorization system can determine that authorization for a transaction with second electronic commerce system failed. If the transaction authorization system determines that the account used in the transaction with the second electronic commerce system, then the transaction authorization system can determine that the first electronic commerce system has suffered a security breach.

Various examples described herein are directed to systems and methods for processing a payment using a mobile wallet network and issuer. A mobile wallet application provides payment information and an indication if payment may be done directly via the mobile wallet network to a point of sale (POS) terminal. The POS terminal determines which payment network to use. A bill may be sent to the mobile wallet application. The mobile wallet application requests payment authorization from an issuer. The issuer provides the authorization and the transaction is completed between the POS terminal and the mobile wallet application.
