The present invention may provide, to quantize data including a definite value and an estimated value, a definite value and estimated value-based data quantization method comprising the steps of: a data quantization apparatus collecting, from at least two information manager-side apparatuses, data corresponding to a pre-set definite value for each period of a previous section pre-set on the basis of a current date, an estimated value and definite value for a current year on the basis of the current date, and an estimated value for each period of a subsequent section pre-set based on the current date; calculating at least one comparison reference value on the basis of a provision value after collecting the provision value that can be compared with the estimated value and the definite value; and quantizing the data for each period and for each section via a method for assigning a weight to the current year for each period, and each period of the previous section and subsequent section, by comparing the definite value for each period of the previous section, the definite value for each section of the current year, and the estimated value for each period of the subsequent section with the comparison reference value.

A method implements a customer recognition system. A request with an identifier of an unidentified user is received. Sparse data is generated from string information corresponding to the identifier. Preexisting identifiers are filtered to generate a list of candidate identifiers using the sparse data. The plurality of preexisting identifiers correspond to a plurality of preexisting users. A core identifier is selected by determining a match between the identifier and a preexisting identifier from the preexisting identifiers using distance information generated using the list of candidate identifiers. The core identifier is matched to the identifier using the match to identify the unidentified user as a preexisting user from the plurality of preexisting users.

In one example, the method may include receiving text content that includes feedback, mapping, via execution of a mapping algorithm, the text content to a plurality of processes based on a synonym graph, generating mapping values for the plurality of processes, where a mapping value for a process is generated based on distance within the synonym graph of a mapping between a word in the text content and a word identifying the process, and determining a process among the plurality of processes that is most correlated to the feedback based on the generated mapping values.

The conversation object is then stored in an entity in the multi-tenant database system, using the processor of the server computer.
