The system can include multiple growing trays in a vertical arrangement, where a pump supplies the top-most tray and each lower tray is supplied by the overlying tray, and where the plumbing elements for supply and drainage are arranged to one side of the system. The system includes variations to support different crop types within the same system, including removable growing structures for root vegetable, microgreens and supports for vining crops. The system can monitor and adjust the nutrients and other features of the systems water profile to concurrently group multiple crops in differing developing stages.

Computer systems, methods, and apparatuses for estimating changes in gas emissions are described. A computer system may monitor overall emission levels based on sensor outputs from a plurality of gas sensors in a facility. The computer system may estimate a total emission level over a time interval based on the accumulative, gas-response-factor weighted detections of the gas sensors. Emissions from maintenance activities may be excluded as appropriate. The total emission level may be compared with total emission level estimated from different time intervals and/or different facilities. The computer system may be further used for comparing emissions across multiple facilities, or emissions from facilities across multiple regions.

An interactive stochastic design tool has an input device, an output device, and a digital processor. The digital processor reads in initiation data describing a stochastic process and a threshold boundary. It then computes one or more realizations of the stochastic process. The realizations and the threshold boundary are displayed on the output device. The user may then input an indication to enforce the threshold boundary. The processor then redisplays the realizations that do not cross the enforced threshold boundary.

This invention relates to an information management system of lawn profile data. It comprises a lawn profile information collecting tool for collecting information any pieces of lawns that need mowing jobs; wherein the lawn profile information collecting tool includes a data converter for converting such information to lawn profile data, and data processer for processing the lawn profile data locally into suitable formats and categories for uploading; a mobile device of a user being in communication with the lawn profile information collecting tool to receive the processed lawn profile data; a remote information processing center being in communication with the mobile device and the lawn profile information collecting tool to receive and process requests from the mobile device to upload the lawn profile data; wherein the remote information processing center includes a data storage unit for storing the lawn profile data for usage thereof by a designated lawn mower to perform mowing job, that is, using the stored lawn profile data associated with the particular piece of lawn as requested.
