Theoretical reserve evaluation method for ocean current energy
A theoretical reserve evaluation method for ocean current energy includes steps of: 1) selecting a target region, and extracting a coordinate range of the target region; 2) obtaining a seabed water depth of the target region; 3) obtaining hydrological data of flow velocities and seawater densities of a target region space; 4) calculating a theoretical reserve of the ocean current energy per unit area of the target region according to the hydrological data, 5) calculating an area of the target region; and 6) calculating the theoretical reserves of the ocean current energy within a spatial range of the target region according to the hydrological data of the flow velocities and the seawater densities obtained in the step 3), the seabed water depth of the target region obtained in the step 2), and the area of the target region obtained in the step 5).
BUILDING EQUIPMENT ENERGY MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL THEREFOR
Provided is a building equipment energy control system, the system including: a library configured to receive information on an equipment unit from a DDC device controlling a plurality of equipment units installed in a building, and store the received information; a modeling module configured to retrieve information on the equipment unit from the library and perform simulation modeling for the equipment unit to calculate energy usage; a control module configured to generate a control command for the equipment unit based on the energy usage calculated by the modeling module and provide the control command to the DDC device; and a correction module configured to calculate an error rate between actual energy usage of the equipment unit and the calculated energy usage and correct information on the equipment unit. Therefore, it is possible to derive an optimized control set value for each equipment unit by performing simulation modeling for various equipment units, so that energy saving performance and operating efficiency of the equipment units can be increased. In addition, by providing equipment performance information and equipment operation information for each equipment unit to a library in a modeling process, it is possible to optimize a control according to product specifications and operating characteristics of each equipment unit.
POWER CONSUMPTION PATTERN EXTRACTION APPARATUS, POWER CONSUMPTION PATTERN EXTRACTION METHOD AND PROGRAM
A power consumption pattern extraction apparatus according to one embodiment includes a processor and a memory storing program instructions that cause the processor to receive, as an input, a total power consumption for every predetermined time interval over a predetermined time period by a consumer group which consumes power, create a total power consumption matrix that has the total power consumption, received as an input, as elements and has rows and columns corresponding to preset units, perform non-negative matrix factorization on the created total power consumption matrix to create a first factor matrix including basis vectors and a second factor matrix including coefficients for the basis vectors, and extract power consumption patterns and proportions of consumers that consume power in the power consumption patterns from the created first and second factor matrices.

ASSET MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR SUBSTATION
An asset management method for a substation in accordance with an example embodiment of the present invention comprises steps of: generating integrity of each element of the substation based on state data and real-time monitoring data of the each element of the substation; classifying grade of the each element of the substation depending on the generated integrity thereof, and matching the each element of the substation with one of life models for each classified grade; specifying a candidate element subject to maintenance in a certain order of priority, assessing system reliability index and economic feasibility, and selecting a maintenance scenario for the each candidate element subject to maintenance; and executing maintenance by using the selected maintenance scenario, and updating assessment of the integrity of the each element of the substation as a result of the maintenance executed.
STORAGE BATTERY CONTROL DEVICE, STORAGE BATTERY CONTROL METHOD, AND STORAGE BATTERY CONTROL PROGRAM
Provided is a control device for controlling a storage battery. The control device includes a communication unit and a control unit. The communication unit communicates with the storage battery in a wired or wireless manner. The control unit controls the communication unit to send a control signal, to the storage battery, that causes the storage battery to operate in a first mode or a second mode. The first mode is a mode in which the width of changes over time in power bought or sold by a power control system connected to the storage battery is controlled to stay within a prescribed range. The second mode is mode in which the width of changes over time in power charged to or discharged from the storage battery is controlled to stay within a prescribed range.
