The computation may reflect a tax compact or treaty among the horizontally-related jurisdictions to specify interjurisdictional treatment of the revenue, tax payable, or withholding. Proceeds of the gaming activities of the players are reported and/or allocated to operators and/or jurisdictions as specified by the computation.

Systems and methods for predicting aspects of an unknown event

Example embodiments relate to predicting aspects of an unknown event. A system may involve an electronic device communicatively coupled to a server. The server may provide a set of possible parameters relating to an unknown event to the electronic device. The electronic device may enable a user to select predicted parameters via a user interface and may further transmit the predicted parameters to the server. The server may generate a combination from the set of possible parameters to use to retrieve a pre-recorded event and transmit the event to the electronic device for display to the user. The server may also compare the predicted parameters to the generated parameters to determine a result and provide the result to the electronic device for display to the user.

A computer-implemented method includes providing a real-time environmental model of a shared virtual environment (SVE) that includes a plurality of virtual players. Display data corresponding to the SVE is transmitted to each player device. The data includes user display data that causes a display in the player device to render a portion of the SVE based on a virtual orientation of the player device and a virtual location of the virtual player in the SVE. Sensory feedback data is then transmitted to the plurality of VR devices that causes each VR device to provide a sensory indication associated with the SVE to the respective player. The sensory indication is indicative of a benefit that will be provided to a subset of the plurality of players at a predetermined future time. At the predetermined future time, the benefit is then provided to the subset of the plurality of players.
