SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REAL ESTATE SPATIAL DATA ANALYSIS
A system and method for providing real estate spatial analysis through a user interface which allows the user to visualize the analysis through maps. A businesses are identified within each of a number of incremental areas of an overall map area. Corresponding land use types are identified for the incremental areas. A predominant land use type is identified for each incremental area. A land use map is generated with colors the respective incremental area using a predetermined color assigned to the predominant land use type for the respective incremental area.
PARKING LOCATION CHECKING SYSTEM
A parking location checking system installed in a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: an electronic device including at least one communication circuit and at least one processor; at least one base station; at least one server communicatively connected to the at least one base station and including a database that stores therein information of the vehicle; and one or more user devices communicatively connected to the at least one server and linked to the vehicle. The electronic device is configured to transmit a first signal to the at least one base station by using the at least one communication circuit, and the at least one base station is configured to receive the first signal and transmit a second signal to the at least one server in response to the received first signal, and the at least one server is configured to receive the second signal and transmit a third signal to the user device in response to the received second signal, and the user device is configured to receive the third signal and provide a user of the user device with parking location information of the vehicle based on the received third signal. There can be various other embodiments.
Venues map application and system providing a venue directory
In some implementations, a computing device can provide a map application providing a representation of a physical structure of venues (e.g., shopping centers, airports) identified by the application. In addition, the application can provide a unique venue directory, providing an easy and visual mechanism to search for categories of points of interest (e.g., clothes, food, restrooms) or specific items within the venue. Search results can be presented on a map of a floor within the venue as well as a listing providing all search results located within the venue.
Interpreting reactions of other people for physically impaired during an emergency situation
A method, system and apparatus of for guiding a physically impaired individual during an emergency, including receiving emergency data, determining or predicting the reactions of other people in response to the emergency data, interpreting in real-time the reactions of the other people to physically impaired person according to the impaired person profile, determining a type and modality of aid services to the physically impaired, and prompting the physically impaired person through one or more devices for aid services.
VISUAL NAVIGATION METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MOBILE DEVICES BASED ON QR CODE SIGNPOSTS
The present disclosure provides a visual navigation method and system for mobile devices based on QR code signposts. The visual navigation method for movement includes: autonomously planning an optimal route according to a destination specified by a user, performing positioning in an image captured by a trolley camera and recognizing signpost information, and adjusting a pose according to the signpost information and going to a signpost in the path. In this process, positioning is performed in real time and route planning is updated, and a user may change the destination at any time in a trolley navigation process according to a robust anomaly recovery decision. The method disclosed by the present disclosure not only proposes an indoor navigation solution that does not rely on a GPS signal and strong computation resources, but also can effectively meet an indoor scheduling scenario in which a path needs to be planned intelligently.
PROXIMITY-BASED NAVIGATIONAL MODE TRANSITIONING
A non-transitory computer-readable medium includes instructions that when executed by a processor cause the processor to perform a method for providing visual navigation assistance in retail stores, which may include receiving a first indoor location of a user within a retail store; receiving a target destination; and providing first navigation data to the user through a first visual interface. The method may also include, after providing the first navigation data, receiving a second indoor location of the user within the retail store; determining that the second indoor location is within a selected area around the target destination, with the selected area not including the first indoor location; and, in response to the determination that the second indoor location is within the selected area around the target destination, providing second navigation data to the user through a second visual interface, where the second visual interface differs from the first visual interface.
ACCESSING PREMISES BASED ON ANGLE OF ARRIVAL
Aspects of the invention are directed towards an apparatus and a method for providing seamless access of a premises to a user based on an angle of arrival. One or more embodiments of the invention describe receiving advertisements from accessing devices on a user terminal and filtering of the advertisements from the accessing devices based on the angle of arrival. An accessing device which is intended for access is determined when the user terminal is directed towards the accessing device based on the filtering. The method also comprises sending an access command to the accessing device based on the determination.
Location tracking
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-storage media, for location tracking. In some implementations, a corresponding method includes obtaining images of one or more persons within a property; identifying a heartbeat for each person of the one or more persons within the images; identifying a location for each person within the images; receiving a request that indicates a heartbeat signature generated from heartbeats sensed by a device worn by a user; determining that an identified heartbeat of a person of the one or more persons matches the heartbeat signature; in response to determining that the identified heartbeat of the person of the one or more persons matches the heartbeat signature, selecting the person as the user; and in response to selecting the person as the user, providing a response to the request based on a location of the person.
Doorbell communication systems and methods
The disclosure includes a doorbell system having a doorbell, a doorbell housing, a visitor detection system, and a chime. The visitor detection system can be coupled to the doorbell housing and can include at least one of a camera and a motion detector. The doorbell can also comprise a first low-energy transceiver and a first high-energy transceiver that can be coupled to the doorbell housing. The first and second low-energy transceivers and the first and second high-energy transceivers can be configured to transmit data.
USING IDENTITY INFORMATION TO FACILITATE INTERACTION WITH PEOPLE MOVING THROUGH AREAS
A system receives a digital representation of a biometric for a person, uses the digital representation of the biometric to determine and/or otherwise retrieve identity information associated with the person, and uses the identity information to perform one or more actions related to the person's presence in one or more areas. For example, the system may estimate a path for the person and signal an agent electronic device based on the path. In another example, the system may determine a presence of a person within the area and/or transmit information to an agent electronic device regarding the determined presence. In still another example, the system may receive a request to communicate with the person and forward the communication to the person using the identity information.
