The first portion has a hollow portion and a connecting section wherein the connecting section is at the periphery of the hollow portion. The second portion is configured to be engaged to the hollow portion of the first portion when the second portion is slid in a biased direction across the connecting section of the hollow portion and thus mounted on the first portion. A plurality of elastic clicks disposed on an inner surface of the first portion. The sliding movement of the second portion is stopped by one or more stoppers to interlock second portion with first portion, wherein the one or more stoppers are disposed at an end of the connecting section. The second portion is positioned parallel to the first portion in a locked state.
