A jewelry device adapted to have interchangeable jewels includes a decorative setting, such as a ring, earrings, or pendant, for displaying a jewel. The decorative setting has a jewel receiving space to receive and hold a jewel housing having a jewel secured therein when the jewel housing is inserted into the jewel receiving space. A fastener held by the decorative setting is adapted to attach to and hold the jewel housing with jewel secured therein when the jewel housing is inserted into the jewel receiving space of the decorative setting. The fastener may be inseparably attached to the decorative setting so it is not separated and lost when changing jewels. Further, the jewel receiving space and the jewel housing may have interlocking portions to prevent relative rotational movement between the jewel housing and the decorative setting when the decorative setting is received in the jewel receiving space.

The jewelry body may have a male or female threaded portion, and the head may have a threaded portion of opposite gender to said jewelry body for mating engagement therewith when the head is magnetically coupled to the magnetic base.

A cage setting is disclosed and method of retaining an object in a cage setting is disclosed. The cage setting defines a free space therein, configured for retaining an object therein. The cage setting includes a first and second cage end bodies. A number of bar members extend between the first and second end bodies. Each bar member has a first and second end secured the first and second end bodies, respectively. The bar members extend along a periphery that defines the free space. Each adjacent pair of bar members defines a gap having a first gap width that that allows an object to be inserted into the free space. Upon twisting, the first end body with respect to the second end body, the gap is altered to a second gap width, narrower than the first gap width, which captures the object within the free space.

GEMSTONE INLAY STRUCTURE
A gemstone inlay structure includes an inlay structure and an inlay gemstone. The inlay structure includes an inlay base, an inlay top base, and an inlay shell. A lower surface of the inlay top base is uniformly fixed with a side rib rod, one end of the side rib rod is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the inlay base. An upper surface of the inlay base is fixedly provided with a bracket, the inlay shell is provided in the inlay base, and it is threaded and clamped with the bracket. The inlay gemstone is placed in the bracket. This gemstone inlay structure is assembled by a thread between an inner screw groove and an external thread, the inlay shell can be quickly and stably covered to an outside of the bracket to complete the assembly of the gemstone.
