IDENTITY-PRESERVING IMAGE GENERATION USING DIFFUSION MODELS

One embodiment of the present invention sets forth a technique for performing identity-preserving image generation. The technique includes converting an identity image depicting a facial identity into an identity embedding. The technique further includes generating a combined embedding based on the identity embedding and a diffusion iteration identifier. The technique further includes converting, using a neural network and based on the combined embedding, a first input image that includes first noise into a first predicted image depicting one or more facial features that include one or more first facial identity features, wherein the one or more first facial identity features correspond to one or more respective second facial identity features of the identity image and are based at least on the identity embedding.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INTERACTIVE THREE-DIMENSIONAL PREVIEW

Three-dimensional data can be synchronized between a first electronic device and a second electronic device. A content creation application may be running on the first electronic device and may utilize a data file describing a three-dimensional content item. A two-dimensional representation of the content item may be displayed on the first electronic device. A user may request to preview the two-dimensional representation of the content item in three-dimensions. The first electronic device may initiate a data transfer with the second electronic device. The three-dimensional data of the data file may be transferred, via a communication link, from the content creation of the first electronic device to a three-dimensional graphic rendering application at the second electronic device. The three-dimensional graphic rendering application may generate a preview of the content item in three-dimensions based on the received three-dimensional data.

Methods and systems for measuring and modeling spaces using markerless photo-based augmented reality process

Described herein are platforms, systems, media, and methods for measuring a space by launching an active augmented reality (AR) session on a device comprising a camera and at least one processor; calibrating the AR session by establishing a fixed coordinate system, receiving a position and orientation of one or more horizontal or vertical planes in the space in reference to the fixed coordinate system, and receiving a position and orientation of the camera in reference to the fixed coordinate system; constructing a backing model; providing an interface allowing a user to capture at least one photo of the space during the active AR session; extracting camera data from the AR session for the at least one photo; extracting the backing model from the AR session; and storing the camera data and the backing model in association with the at least one photo.

Visualizing Wood Staining

A computer implemented method and system for generating a visualization of a stained wood substrate are provided. The method includes receiving an image of the wood substrate to be stained; subdividing the image into a plurality of sub-images, each sub-image corresponding to the portion of the image having a color falling in a respective one of color bands; for each sub-image, retrieving a reflectance curve representative for the wood substrate for the color corresponding to the sub-image; retrieving absorption and scattering values for the stain; for each sub-image, determining the reflectance curve representative for the stained wood based on the absorption and scattering values for the stain and the reflectance curve for the wood substrate for that sub-image; and for each pixel of each sub-image, determining a color based on the reflectance curve representative for the stained wood, resulting in a generated image of the substrate after applying the stain.

DOCUMENT AUTHENTICITY DETECTION IN A COMMUNICATION NETWORK

System, apparatus, device, method and/or computer program product are disclosed for detecting the authenticity of an image file transferred from a device to a server based on an image authenticity detection configuration determined by a server application. A device application is operated by a device, and a server application is operated by a server. The device application sends, to the server application, user data, device data, or environment data. The server application determines an image authenticity detection configuration to indicate one or more parameters to be used by the device to generate a first image file, and authorized changes to be made to the first image file to generate a second image file. The device application sends the second image file to the server application. The server application detects whether the received second image file contains changes matching authorized changes indicated by the image authenticity detection configuration.
