In a method facilitating connectivity between at least first and second persons contemplates utilizing one or more computer processors to instantiate a first augmented reality space that mimics a real world space physically in existence about a first person. The first augmented reality space includes at least an avatar of the first person, and a first virtual representation of at least one real world object within the first augmented reality space. Using one or more computer processors, the method provides an interface through which the second person, distal to the first person, can use a second avatar to contemporaneously occupy and enter the first augmented reality space, traverse the space, and interact with the object.
CLASS SYSTEM, VIEWING TERMINAL, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
A class system for taking a class conducted in an immersive virtual space by connecting a communication class server and a student terminal. The communication class server includes a delivery unit that delivers, to the student terminal, a class content for viewing a class being conducted in the virtual space, and a transmission unit that transmits, to the student terminal, a display signal, a non-display signal, an operation permission signal, and an operation prohibition signal respectively set according to the progress of the class. The student terminal includes a VR function unit that disposes, in the virtual space, an avatar of a student that uses the student terminal and controls the avatar, receives the class content, and displays the class content from the avatar's point of view.
INTERACTION METHOD AND SYSTEM BASED ON VIRTUAL REALITY EQUIPMENT
An interaction method and system based on virtual reality equipment are disclosed. The method comprises: rendering a user avatar of each virtual reality equipment in the virtual reality scene of each virtual reality equipment according to user data of multiple virtual reality equipments; acquiring in real time position-posture tracking data of multiple users collected by multiple virtual reality equipments, wherein the position-posture tracking data carries user IDs; merging the position-posture tracking data of multiple users based on the user IDs carried by the position-posture tracking data, to obtain position-posture merging data of each user, wherein the position-posture merging data carries user ID; and updating position-posture status of user avatars having a same user ID in the virtual reality scene of each virtual reality equipment by using the position-posture merging data and its carried user IDs, to realize interaction among different user avatars in the virtual reality scene.

Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing a program and a method for performing operations comprising: receiving, from a client device of a first user, a request from the first user to engage in an AR shopping experience curated by a store; identifying a first real-world product available for purchase from the store; receiving an image of a real-world environment of the first user; generating a first AR item that represents the first real-world product; comparing visual attributes of the first AR item to physical layouts of a plurality of real-world objects depicted in the image of the real-world environment; and overlaying the first AR item on a first real-world object of the plurality of real-world objects in the image responsive to comparing the visual attributes of the first AR item to the physical layouts of the plurality of real-world objects.

A first electronic device receives information relating to modification made to an augmented reality presentation at a second electronic device, and the first electronic device modifies the first augmented reality presentation in response to the information.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING MULTI-USER AUGMENTED REALITY CONTENT
Systems and methods are provided for the generation of augmented reality (AR) content that provides a shared AR experience involving multiple users. Shared AR experiences can improve the communication and collaboration between multiple simultaneous users. According to an embodiment, AR content is generated for a first user in a shared AR experience. The AR content includes at least one of a render of a model, a virtual representation of a second user in the shared AR experience, a virtual representation of a user interaction in the shared AR experience, and spatial audio content. Modifications to a shared AR experience are also provided. These modifications may be initiated based on instructions from one user and be reflected in the AR content generated for multiple users.

A computer-implemented method, a computer system and a computer program product enhance content submissions of support chats. The method includes acquiring a support request from a user, wherein the support request includes a content submission. The content submission is selected from a group consisting of audio data, image data and text data. The method also includes determining a classification of the support request based on a request type. The method further includes obtaining a set of requirements for the support request from a server based on the determined classification. In addition, the method includes determining that the content submission does not meet the set of requirements. Lastly, the method includes generating an augmented reality inspector to assist the user in adding content to meet the set of requirements in response to the set of requirements not being met by the content submission.
Augmented Reality Platform for Fan Engagement
An augmented reality platform that enables fan engagement and new media opportunities is disclosed. The invention is comprised of a mobile device software application (app) leveraging augmented reality (AR), artificial intelligence (AI) and a cloud network. Users select on-screen character avatars and dance songs from pre-defined categories within the app and then begin dancing and recording themselves with the app. The app transfers user movements and their local environment to the app. AI algorithms sync user movements to the avatar along with their background (using AR) and users can see themselves dancing in character on their mobile device. Users can share avatar dances with friends and compete with each other in dance contests in real time with virtual currency rewards. Advertisers can also participate in the app and share advertisements, logos as well as promote merchandise to the users.
