Devices, Systems, and Their Methods of Use for Desktop Evaluation
Presented herein is an interactive platform for judging an activity by a participant in an event. The platform includes a client application program downloadable to a mobile device. The program may include a database storing a mobile device identifier (ID), a user ID, user information, and location data of the device. The application may further be configured to display one or more events of the activity as well as an input for receiving a score of the activity from the user. The platform may additionally include a server system connected with the client application programs via a communication network. The server system may be configured for receiving the mobile device ID, the user ID, the user information, and the location data for the client program, and may further be configured to receive the scores from the users, and to adjust the scores according to determined bias of the associated user.
System and user interface for officiating and spectating flag football
Disclosed herein are devices, systems, and methods for officiating, spectating, and scorekeeping for flag football games using one or more wirelessly interconnected electronic devices. In some embodiments, a plurality of graphical user interfaces are provided on a mobile electronic device, the interfaces allowing game officials to create games that are visible to spectators, players, coaches, and statisticians/scorekeepers on a shared geographic map. After spectators, players, coaches, and/or statisticians/scorekeepers join a game, an official inputs information regarding timing and scorekeeping of the game to an interface of a mobile device carried by the official, and the inputted information is broadcasted from the official's device to mobile devices of spectators, players, and coaches, where it is displayed in real-time on graphical user interfaces of the receiving devices. The interfaces may facilitate real-time synchronization of a play-clock and/or go-clock amongst officials, spectators, players, coaches, and/or statisticians/scorekeepers.
Method and system for determining and tracking an indoor position of an object
According to an example aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method and system for determining and tracking an indoor position of an object, the method comprising: using a primary position indication, based on signals received from an external positioning system of at least two different positions of said object to calibrate tracking of a secondary position indication, which is an indoor position, and wherein the tracking of the secondary position comprises: recording acceleration data of a second part of the object, integrating said acceleration data, determining a characteristic position of the cyclically moving second part of the object in subsequent cycles, measuring a geomagnetic first orientation of the second part of the object in said characteristic position, determining the second direction of movement of the first part of the object, computing a velocity of the object in any direction based on the acceleration data, and determining the secondary position indication of said object based on said direction data and said velocity data.

Stopwatch and timer user interfaces
An electronic device may display a first lap time representation, and may move the first lap time representation in accordance with a first amount of elapsed time. While moving the first lap time representation, the electronic device may detect a lap input. In response to the lap input, the electronic device may cease movement of the first lap time representation, display a second lap time representation, and move the second lap time representation in accordance with a second amount of elapsed time. A relative positioning of the first lap time representation and the second lap time representation may correspond to a difference between a first lap time and a second lap time. In some embodiments, the electronic device may update the timescales of lap time representation(s) in accordance with a rotational input. In some embodiments, the electronic device may update a timer duration setting in accordance with a rotational input.
TIMING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a device for time measurement of a sporting movement of a person, wherein the device comprises a housing and a proximity sensor. According to the invention, the proximity sensor is formed to emit a signal for detection of the movement and to receive a reflection of the signal at the person for time measurement. To this end, the proximity sensor is arranged in the housing in such a manner that the movement in a longitudinal direction and at least in another direction can be detected.
