Folding hand fan with illuminated ribs
An illuminated rib for a folding hand fan comprising: a housing; and a lighting assembly, which comprises one or more light sources; wherein the lighting assembly is configured to be substantially encased within the housing; wherein when the lighting assembly is turned on a light from the one or more light sources is visible through the housing; and wherein the illuminated rib for the folding hand fan is configured to be operatively connected to one or more additional ribs and a leaf of the folding hand fan.
HANDS-FREE, AUTOMATIC UMBRELLA WITH LIGHTING MECHANISM AND ROTATING DEVICE FOR ELECTRICITY GENERATION FROM WIND
An umbrella assembly comprises a container, at least one shoulder strap, and an umbrella. The umbrella is movably connected to the container to move between a closed position and open position. The umbrella includes a fixed shaft, a stretcher frame, and a canopy, and the canopy of the umbrella is attached to a plurality of ribs of the stretcher frame. In the closed position, the umbrella has a V-shaped, cone arrangement. In the open position, the umbrella has a peak on which a rotating device may be mounted to generate electricity. The umbrella may also have a first lighting mechanism fixed on a bottom side of the canopy and a second lighting mechanism fixed on a top side of the canopy.
UMBRELLA SYSTEM
An umbrella system includes a support pole connected to a rotating tube positioned around a center tube that extends between the support pole and a center support that is connected to an umbrella frame. The rotating tube has one or more helical grooves therein that are engaged by teeth of a hub which is connected to the umbrella frame. As the rotating tube is rotated, the hub is driven along the length of the rotating tube thereby opening and closing the umbrella frame. In one arrangement system includes a motor housing assembly including a plurality of batteries and a motor that includes a driven gear that meshes with a stationary gear which causes rotation of the rotating tube.
System and method for providing directions haptically
Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage devices for providing directions haptically such that sight and hearing can continue unimpeded. In one exemplary embodiment, a wearable device (such as earphones, ear rings, gloves, glasses, or other wearable objects) configured as disclosed herein receives directions to an intended destination for a user, the directions comprising a movement action and a distance to the movement action. The wearable device has multiple haptic output units and generates, through one of those units, a haptic output based on the directions. This allows the user to receive the directions through touch rather than looking at their mobile device or from audio.
Stand for portable accessory
A free-standing accessory stand that includes a ground support portion and an enclosure is provided. The enclosure is disposed about a central axis of the accessory stand. The upper surface faces away from the ground support. The accessory stand includes a retractable accessory support that has an outer surface projecting away from the enclosure in a first configuration. A mounting space is provided along the outer surface of the retractable accessory support above the upper surface of the enclosure. The outer surface is retracted in a second configuration.
UMBRELLA SYSTEM
In one or more arrangements, an umbrella system includes a support pole connected to a rotating tube positioned around a center tube that extends between the support pole and a upper hub that is connected to an umbrella frame. The rotating tube has one or more helical grooves therein that are engaged by a lower hub which is connected to the umbrella frame. As the rotating tube is rotated, the lower hub is driven along the length of the rotating tube, thereby opening and closing the umbrella frame. In one or more arrangements, the system includes a rotational lock assembly configured to prevent rotation of the rotating tube when locked and permit rotation of the rotating tube when unlocked. In one or more arrangements, the system includes a counterbalance assembly that provides a counterbalance force positioned within a upper hub of the umbrella frame.
POWER SUPPLY CONTROL STRUCTURE OF UMBRELLA
A power supply control structure of an umbrella, having an umbrella body and a power supply device, the umbrella body has a shaft, a notch at the upper end of the shaft, a runner movably sleeving the shaft, and a rib assembly hinged with the notch and the runner; the power supply device is positioned on an upper part of the umbrella body. Accordingly, a conductive connecting piece for connecting the power supply device and an electronic device on the upper part of the umbrella body is minimally limited by the shaft so that installation position of the conductive connecting piece can be simpler and more convenient.
Portable solar strip lights
A portable solar strip light includes a solar module, a power supply, a strip light assembly and an electrical connector. The solar module is electrically connected to the power supply. The strip light assembly is electrically connected to the power supply via the electrical connector. The strip light assembly includes at least one strip light which is fixedly connected to an external object via a fastener. A mounting member is provided at a bottom of the power supply to mount the power supply on the external object.
UMBRELLA ASSEMBLY HAVING A MODULARIZED DRIVE MODULE
An umbrella assembly with a drive module assembly that comprises a plurality of modularized units, including a separate power supply unit and a separate drive unit. The modularized units are removably/detachably attached in a stacked structure of the overall drive module using quick connect couplings. The interfacing top and bottom sides of the adjacent modularized units are provided with complementary electrical connection terminals. The drive module is structurally and operatively coupled to the frame structure of the canopy of the umbrella assembly to operate to open/extend or close/collapse the canopy between an opened configuration and a closed configuration, by varying the distance between the upper hub and the lower hub of the frame structure.
