Multiple-employee personal cell phone secure storage time clock apparatus and timekeeping system
A mobile device storage and tracking system includes a housing and a carousel disposed in the housing and having a plurality of storage spaces. Responsive to a user input that is indicative of a particular user, a control rotates the carousel to position a selected storage space at a door and unlocks the door, whereby the particular user can store a mobile device at that selected storage space. After the user stores the mobile device at that selected storage space, the control closes and locks the door. When the particular user again provides the user input, the control unlocks the door and rotates the carousel to position the selected storage space at the door. The control is operable to track, for each particular user, when the particular user's mobile device is at the carousel and when the particular user's mobile device has been removed from the carousel.

User identification system
A user identification system includes: a detection unit that detects prescribed motions of a person when the person boards or alights from a vehicle; an acquisition unit that acquires types of boarding information indicating that one of users boards or is on board the vehicle when one of the motions is detected; a memory that stores association information in which identification information of the users is associated with the types of boarding information corresponding to the users; a probability calculating unit configured to calculate a probability that each of the users boards or is on boarded the vehicle based on the types of boarding information and the association information; and an identification unit that identifies a user who boards or is on boarded the vehicle among the users based on the probability calculated by the probability calculating unit.

METHOD AND CONTROL UNIT FOR MONITORING AN INTERIOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, IN PARTICULAR DURING A DELIVERY
A method for monitoring an interior of a motor vehicle using at least one camera directed into the interior during a temporary access to the interior or to a trunk of the motor vehicle, the camera being switched on by a control unit during the entire access or in the event of deviations from specified rules for the access and transmitting the recorded data to a storage device.
Lockout/tagout device with non-volatile memory and related system
A lockout/tagout or smart isolation device includes a wireless link, a non-volatile memory, and a controller in communication with the wireless link and the non-volatile memory. The wireless link is in selective communication with a wireless identification device, such as a keycard, carried by a user. The controller is programmed to receive a signal from the wireless link and write usage information about the device to at least a portion of the non-volatile memory such that the portion of the non-volatile memory storing the usage information cannot be erased or re-written thereby securely storing this usage information. This lockout/tagout or smart isolation device may be standalone or be part of a system that may potentially serve as part of a facility-wide safety system (for example, networked or in communication with a SCADA system).

Latch with indicator and latch system
Latches and latch systems configured for providing an access indication are disclosed. One latch comprises an actuator, an indicator, and a reset mechanism. The actuator has an unopened position and an opened position. The indicator has a first position in which the indicator provides a first indication and a second position in which the indicator provides a second indication. The indicator is configured to move from the first position to the second position when the actuator is moved from the unopened position toward the opened position. The reset mechanism is configured to move the indicator from the second position to the first position. Once the indicator is moved from the first position to the second position, it is configured to remain in the second position independent of movement of the actuator until the reset mechanism moves the indicator to the first position from the second position.
