Systems and methods for analyzing machine performance
Methods, systems, and devices for analyzing vibration data and for identifying and tracking vibration anomalies in industrial machines are described. In various embodiments, the system described herein collects, transforms, and analyzes sensor data from one or more machines, such as industrial machines. The system may identify one or more sensors that are experiencing vibrational anomalies. In various embodiments, the system: collects and analyzes vibration data for a set of one or more vibration-related sensors of one or more industrial machines; determines an occurrence of one or more anomalies based on the vibration data as compared to a threshold; tracks anomalies in collected vibration data for the one or more industrial machines of the facility; generates a report of vibration data for the one or more vibration-related sensors of the facility; and reports industrial machines in the facility that may deviate from a target performance.

Crane risk logic apparatus and system and method for use of same
A crane risk logic apparatus and system and method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the crane risk logic apparatus, the crane risk logic apparatus is integral with a crane, such as a mobile or crawler crane or a tower crane, and located in communication with a load moment indicator. The crane risk logic apparatus receives crane data from the load moment indicator and determines various data analytics, such as, lift angle data, allowable capacity data, operator override data, anti-two-block activation data, operational time data, lift cycle count data, lift classification data, slewing speed data, wind speed data, warning message data, error message data, and winch direction and speed data for each crane lift cycle. The data analytics may be utilized to inform a crane operator evaluation or a crane maintenance schedule for the crane, for example.

Systems and methods for a connected sump pump
Systems and methods for monitoring operation of a sump pump are provided. A method includes connecting a power adapter to the sump pump and a float-switch. The power adapter includes a controller positioned within a housing, prongs in communication with components coupled to the controller, a first receptacle and a second receptacle. The controller is configured to establish a wireless connection to a first wireless network, and transmit a message to a remote server over the first wireless network. The controller is further configured to determine a power status of a float switch and control the pump based on power status of the float switch.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SERVER BASED CONTROL
A system and method in a building or vehicle for an actuator operation in response to a sensor according to a control logic, the system comprising a router or a gateway communicating with a device associated with the sensor and a device associated with the actuator over in-building or in-vehicle networks, and an external Internet-connected control server associated with the control logic implementing a PID closed linear control loop and communicating with the router over external network for controlling the in-building or in-vehicle phenomenon. The sensor may be a microphone or a camera, and the system may include voice or image processing as part of the control logic. A redundancy is used by using multiple sensors or actuators, or by using multiple data paths over the building or vehicle internal or external communication. The networks may be wired or wireless, and may be BAN, PAN, LAN, WAN, or home networks.
