Engine health monitoring
A method of monitoring the health of a gas turbine engine of at least a pair of engines of an aircraft for example. The method comprising the steps of: a) obtaining steady state readings from predetermined sensors on the engines; b) calculate a percentage difference of the steady state readings from a unique engine linear synthesis model for each engine; c) compare the difference between the percentage differences for each engine and d) where this difference exceeds a predetermined value issue a warning as to an engine health problem. Maintenance of the engine can therefore be advantageously scheduled.

The present invention refers to a portable analysis system that, from analytical methodologies set based on digital images acquired by portable devices and accessories developed in an expedited way, allows the performance of the analytical test without technical deepening by the executor of the analysis. Such methodologies allow the evaluation of chemical species relevant to the O&G sector, for following up compositional parameters in aqueous samples and analytical monitoring of production and effluent treatment. Thus, a quick implementation is possible considering eventual diagnoses associated with the parameters of interest and following up of different processes. The application can be in any laboratory present in an operational unit, whether offshore or onshore, as well as it can be used for direct measurement in the field, depending on the necessary environmental and operating conditions.

MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM STORING MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
A method includes obtaining, from a first device, first device identification information for identifying the first device; storing, in a memory, operation instruction information including second device identification information for identifying a second device to be inspected and operation record information including a result of inspection of the second device, the operation record information being created at a time of inspection of the second device; and making the operation record information stored in the memory editable in a case where the obtained first device identification information and the second device identification information included in the operation instruction information match each other.
BOARD WORK DEVICE AND BOARD WORK SYSTEM
In a board work system, the CPU of a board work device transmits error related information which relates to an error in a case where the error has occurred in the own device. Then, the CPU receives the error related information which relates to the error of the other board work device, and stores the received error related information in the HDD. Then, the display operation section is controlled such that information (other device error notification screen) based on the stored error related information is notified to the operator in a case where the power source of the board work device (other board work device), in which the error has occurred, is detected to be switched off.

SELF-ADAPTING DIGITAL TWINS
A system and method can be used for implementing self-adapting digital twins. The system may include operations for estimate a state matrix characterizing behavior of a hydrocarbon recovery process implemented by a hydrocarbon recovery tool. Observed values of one or more sensors for at least one process parameter may be obtained from sensors deployed throughout the drilling environment. These sensors may be physical sensors acquiring information about physical changes within the drilling environment; and processes monitoring output of system functions and/or other processes. A data assimilation tool may be applied to the estimated state matrix and the observed values to produce an updated state matrix. The updated state matrix may be used as the previous state matrix in a subsequent time step, thus implementing a self-adapting digital twin model.
Methods and systems for tracking milling rotor bit wear
A method for determining part wear, such as using a wear model, includes receiving, from a sensor, sensor data representing a surface of a wear part. The method further includes determining an estimated time until the part should be replaced. The method further includes batching together multiple wear parts that need replacing to enable a user to replace multiple parts in one maintenance period. The method may also include providing information to the user during replacement of a worn part to indicate the part location.

Parameter identifying device, simulation device, and parameter identifying method
A work state identifying unit identifies work states of a work machine. A parameter identifying unit identifies a parameter related to a work amount per unit time of the work machine or a parameter related to a speed of the work machine for each of the identified work states on the basis of a time series of position data, azimuth data, or speed data of the work machine.
