COIN DELIVERY DEVICE AND COIN PROCESSING DEVICE
Provided is a coin delivery device including a disc including a concave portion that holds a plurality of coins in a storage container one by one. A first concave portion that holds at least coins having a diameter equal to or larger than a first diameter, and a second concave portion that holds coins having a diameter less than a second diameter are provided in the disc. The first concave portion does not perform holding of coins having a small diameter or delivery of the coins to the next step, and the second concave portion performs holding of coins having a small diameter or delivery of the coins to the next step. Since the first concave portion does not hold two coins, and two coins are not put into the second concave portion, coins can be appropriately sent out one by one to the next step.
Coin-roll handling device and coin-roll handling method
A coin-roll handling device includes a coin-roll characteristic-value detecting unit 50 configured to detect at least one of a first characteristic value relating to a diameter of a roll of coins being transported by a transporting unit 40 and a second characteristic value relating to a material of the roll of coins being transported by the transporting unit 40, provided downstream of a storage unit 10 in a transportation direction of the roll of coins by the transporting unit 40 and a denomination determining unit 92 configured to determine a denomination of the roll of coins based on at least one of the first characteristic value relating to the diameter of the roll of coins and the second characteristic value relating to the material of the roll of coins detected by the coin-roll characteristic-value detecting unit 50.

Coin sorting system coin chute
According to some embodiments, a coin chute for receiving coins exiting from a coin sorting system comprising a rotatable disc for imparting motion to the plurality of coins, a stationary sorting head having a lower surface generally parallel to and spaced slightly away from the resilient pad, the lower surface forming a coin path for directing the movement of each of the coins, and a reject slot, wherein coins exiting the reject slot travel in a first generally horizontal direction is provided. The coin chute comprises a lower tapered surface having a generally funnel shape having a larger perimeter at its top than near its bottom; and an upper generally vertical wall having an angled portion at an angle from the first horizontal direction coins exit the reject slot, the portion being positioned such that coins exiting the reject slot contact the angled portion and are directed in a generally horizontal second direction.
COIN IDENTIFICATION METHOD, DEVICE, AND CASH REGISTER
A coin identification method and device, as well as a coin register are provided, which are related to a field of image identification. A specific implementation includes: extracting, from a to-be-identified image comprising coins, image blocks corresponding to the coins, to form an input coin set; inputting the input coin set into a coin classification model, to obtain categories and a classification confidences of the image blocks of the coins in the input coin set, wherein the category comprises a face value of the coin; incorporating an image block, with a classification confidence reaching a threshold, of a coin of the input coin set into a first coin set; and determining a face value indicated by a category of the image block of the coin in the first coin set as a final face value of the coin in the first coin set.
Apparatus to dispense two separate products through a coin-operated system
A dispenser of feminine pads and tampons activated by a touch sensor. The touch of a person's hand will close an electronic circuit causing a motor to rotate. The motor is attached to a shaft which rotates. The shaft retains a feminine product dispenser. The feminine product dispenser transports a feminine napkin or tampon to a retrieval tray. The improved design enables the sanitary napkin rack and tampon rack to be adjacent to each other, thereby reducing the width requirements for the cabinet housing the racks. The activation by touch screen significantly improves the selection and dispensing of the desired feminine napkin product and tampon product.
COIN PAD FOR COIN PROCESSING SYSTEM
A resilient coin sorting pad for imparting motion to a plurality of coins is provided, the resilient coin sorting pad designed to be coupled to a rotatable disc of a coin sorter, the resilient coin sorting pad being generally circular and having an outer periphery edge. The resilient coin sorting pad comprises a lower foam layer having a top surface, an upper skin layer coupled to the top surface of the foam layer, and a layer of mesh material. According to some embodiments, the upper skin layer comprises at least one layer of nitrile rubber and the layer of mesh material is nylon fiber mesh. According to some embodiments, the upper skin layer comprises at least two layers of nitrile rubber and the layer of mesh material is positioned between the at least two layers of nitrile rubber.
Coin distribution mechanism and apparatus for discriminating and conveying coins
A coin distribution mechanism for distributing coins into their denominations during conveyance is provided, which makes it possible to distribute two desired denominations of coins using a single gate member. A first gate member movable around a first axis is provided below a coin conveyance path. The first gate member is moved by a first position switching device among a default position where a gate is closed, a first switched position that allows a coin to drop through the gate to move in a first direction, or a second switched position that allows a coin to drop through the gate to move in a second direction. When a coin has a first (or second) denomination, the first gate member is moved to the first (or second) switched position. When a coin does not have the first and second denominations, the first gate member is located at the default position.

METHOD, SYSTEM, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM FOR SETTING DISCRIMINATION CRITERION INFORMATION
A method for setting discrimination criterion information pieces for one or more additional denominations in a coin discrimination apparatus is provided, which eliminates the task of visiting the installation location of an existing coin discrimination apparatus to exchange this apparatus for a new one including discrimination criterion information pieces for one or more additional denominations and the task of setting discrimination criterion information pieces for the one or more additional denominations manually in the apparatus. A target denomination is designated from current denominations whose discrimination criterion information pieces are stored in a coin discrimination apparatus. Then, discrimination criterion information pieces for an additional denomination are calculated based on discrimination criterion information pieces for the target denomination, target denomination standard information pieces corresponding to the discrimination criterion information pieces for the target denomination, and additional denomination standard information pieces corresponding to the discrimination criterion information pieces for the additional denomination.
