An arm is connected to the frame and engageable in a socket, such as a pool ladder receiving socket, in a pool deck, such that the first arm, frame, personal support device, and accessory are at least partially supported by engagement of the arm in the socket and the personal support is positioned to support an occupant partially-submerged in the swimming pool.

The beverage holding support structure has a center of gravity configured to prohibit the base from being tipped over from the non-equilibrium sloped position while the cup holder tray is maintained at a horizontal position parallel to the horizontal plane above a top water level surface of the pool.

A support structure including an umbrella having an extension pole, and a base capable of being positioned on a bottom surface of a pool wherein the base has a through-hole. An umbrella base connector is seated within the through-hole. An articulating mechanism is adjustably coupled to the at least one extension pole of the umbrella and to the umbrella base connector, a first connector has a top end attached to the extension pole of the umbrella, and further has a first adjustable portion opposed from the top end. A second connector has a bottom end attached to the umbrella base connector, and further has a second adjustable portion opposed from the bottom end. The first adjustable portion is rotatably affixed to the second adjustable portion such that the umbrella and the extension pole of the umbrella are articulated relative to a stationary position of the base.

An umbrella replacement base assembly includes a table portion; a stem or support portion; a base portion; a tubular support assembly to receive an umbrella through an opening the table portion; and a plurality of extension assemblies, the extension assemblies extending from the base portion to provide support to the umbrella replacement base assembly. The tubular assembly passes through the table portion and the stem or support portion, and the tubular support assembly connects to a base assembly or passes through the base assembly and connect an interior bottom side of the base assembly.

Solar Power Conversion Kit for Umbrella
A solar power conversion kit allows converting of a standard umbrella into a solar charging umbrella, which can then use solar power to charge electronic devices. The solar charging umbrella is self-sustained, capable of charging electronic devices in locations away from electrical outlets. The umbrella has a rechargeable battery that is recharged by sunlight. A dispenser is coupled to the proximal end of the workbench, wherein the dispenser and the rod upstands on the ground for supporting the workbench at a predetermined height, the dispenser configured to make ice cubes. A storage unit is mounted on the dispenser. An umbrella having a canopy and a shaft, is coupled to the storage unit.

A table footrest apparatus for adding a footrest to a table includes a pair of mounting channels each having a first end, a second end, a top side, and a bottom side. The top side has a plurality of mounting apertures extending through the bottom side. Each of the pair of mounting channels is configured to span across a leg support ring of a table such that the plurality of mounting apertures is above the leg support ring. A plurality of ties is coupled to the pair of mounting channels. A pair of channel covers is selectively engageable with the top side of the pair of mounting channels.
