METHOD FOR PAYMENT WITH CASH CARD
Method for cash card payment in a payment station for debit and credit cards. The invention is characterised in that the cash card (1) comprises a processor and is caused to store a unique identity associated with a money amount, which exists at a money institution (3), such as a central bank, or which is caused to be transferred from a bank account or the corresponding, to the money institution, in that the transferred amount is caused to be stored on the cash card (1), in that the amount lacks a connection to the proprietor of the cash card except via the said identity, in that, at payment using the cash card (1), the amount to be paid is caused to be transferred, together with the said identity, from the cash card (1) to a payment terminal (5) comprising the said payment station, in that the payment terminal (5) is caused to store the paid amount together with the said identity and that a remaining amount after payment is counted down on the cash card and is stored on the cash card, and in that the payment terminal (5) is caused to activate the money institution (3) to transfer, using the identity, the amount to be paid using the cash card (1) to an account (7) belonging to the point of sale where the payment terminal (5) is located.
METHOD AND AN ASSEMBLY FOR GENERATING A MAGNETIC FIELD AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AN ASSEMBLY
A credit card shaped element with a dynamic stripe which may be activated or deactivated, where the stripe is formed by a plurality of coils provided along the curve thereof, where the plurality of coils are activated in a sequential manner, where a plurality of proximity sensing coils are provided in series along the curve thereof, where the plurality of coils are formed by one coil contacted at multiple positions along its length by contact pads and where the signals fed to the coils cause an output of a reader coil to output a signals with a minimum slope or where one signal fed to one track has no peaks when the other signal is close to zero.
ITEM RETURN TRACKING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A system for tracking returned items may include a return recognition device, a storage compartment, and a set of tags. The tags may be coupled with items to be returned. When the items are placed within the storage compartment, the return recognition device may read the tag to collect information about the returned item. The system may send a signal with a timestamp indicating that the item has been successfully returned.

CONTROL METHOD, COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM, AND INFORMATION PROVIDING METHOD
A method includes causing a computer of a communication terminal to perform a process including acquiring, in response to receipt of a beacon signal transmitted from a vending machine, identification information and type information of a plurality of drinks from the vending machine by using short-range wireless communication; acquiring preference information on drinks of a user of the communication terminal; generating, based on the identification information, the type information, and the preference information, a push notification screen that recommends at least one drink that matches a preference of the user indicated by the preference information from among the plurality of drinks stored in the vending machine indicated by the identification information; and displaying the push notification screen on a display of the communication terminal.
POINT-OF-SALE TERMINAL
A point-of-sale terminal includes a plurality of module units, and a control unit configured to communicate with the module units to receive inputs for point-of-sale processing therefrom and transmit outputs of the point-of-sale processing thereto. Each of the module units includes substantially box-shaped casing, a peripheral device of the control unit disposed inside the substantially box-shaped casing, and an operational interface of the peripheral device, on a front wall of the substantially box-shaped casing. The module units have the same width and the same depth.
System for voucher or token verification
The present invention allows verification of a voucher or token prior to redemption. The voucher or token has a code associated therewith so that a value of the voucher or token may be stored in a database. Later when the voucher or token is presented to a cashier for redemption, the code is submitted to the database in order to retrieve the value associated with that voucher or token. In this way, the voucher or token is verified before redemption. In one embodiment, a verification system includes a voucher or token database, a recognition subsystem and two transceivers. The database knows the code and value associated with the voucher or token. A recognition subsystem reads the code from the voucher or token. The transceivers couple together the database and the recognition subsystem in such a way that the a query can be made by the recognition system to determine the value associated with the code or otherwise verify the validity of the voucher or token.
STANDARDIZED SHIPPING
Systems and methods are presented for standardizing delivery of products in an online marketplace using one or more locker systems. In some embodiments, a system of lockers is presented. The locker system may be configured to store one or more products sold in an online marketplace. The locker system may also include a processor coupled to the one or more lockers and configured to generate access code information for a buyer to enable access to a locker storing the product. One or more sensors may be coupled to the one or more lockers and configured to examine the product for a level of product quality. A transmitter of the system may be configured to transmit the access code information to the buyer. The system can later accept the access code information inputted from the buyer and open the locker storing the product after receiving the access code information.

Peep-proof input keyboard for POS (point of sale) machine
The present invention is applicable to the field of POS machines, and provides a peep-proof input keyboard and a POS machine using the peep-proof input keyboard. The peep-proof input keyboard comprises a circuit board, a keyboard, and a peep-proof cover, the keyboard includes a plurality of keys configured to input information, a portion of the circuit board corresponding to the keys is provided with a first connecting finger configured for the pressing operations of the keys, the circuit board is provided with a second connecting finger configured to control the keyboard to work and be turned off, and a bottom of the peep-proof cover is provided with at least one support post configured to abut against the second connecting finger so as to enable the keyboard to work. By providing the circuit board with the second connecting finger, whether the keyboard can work or not is controlled by connection and disconnection of the second connecting finger; and by providing the peep-proof cover with the support post, the second connecting finger is connected by the support post, such that the keyboard can perform the input work. When the peep-proof cover falls off, the keyboard is in a shut-down state, that is, the keyboard cannot perform the input operation, so that the information input by users is prevented from being peeped.
